A once in a lifetime experience
We absolutely enjoyed our tour with Nathan and our driver William. During our time together we learned about Ghana’s rich history as well as local customs. The daily street markets gave us an up close view of daily life and the natural beauty of parks, forests, and coastline showcased Ghana’s beauty. Most importantly the friendliness of everyone we met ensured that we were fully welcomed everywhere we went. Our tour guide Nathan was very knowledgeable and shared many insights of Ghana’s culture. Thanks also to our skilled driver William who made sure we arrived everywhere we needed to be on time and safely.

Visit to Ghana
This trip to Ghana was an amazing experience. The guided tours by Nii were the best ever. Nii is well-versed in Ghana's history. His way of relaying such information is the best. We learned so much from him. Nii has a great personality and he is easy to communicate with. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to take this trip

The Best Family Trip Ever!
I along with my mother and niece had the best time during our tour of Ghana. We had a private tour with Paul as our driver, and Patrick as our guide. We could not have asked for a better team. Paul was so quiet, but he was very professional and extremely helpful. My family was a bit worried about having a tour guide who was going to be stiff with no sense of humor. Patrick was the total opposite. He was so much fun, funny, and very knowledgeable. He kept my family very engaged. He was even great about keeping my 10 year old niece engaged. Not only was our trip educational, but it was fun. I’d recommend BlasTours (with Paul and Patrick) to anyone. I wish that they could be our guides all over the world. lol!
Response from the operator: Thanks for taking time off your busy schedule to review your Ghana trip. We enjoyed having you all here and a great pleasure to have played a part in ensuring your visit was a memorable one. Paul and Patrick enjoyed showing you around rely loved working with you and your family. We would love to show your more interesting things around Ghana and beyond. Let's work again in the future.

Best Tour Company in Ghana
I customized Blastours 8 day tour with the help of Mimi and it was superb. We had one of the best vacations we’ve ever taken. Michael, our driver, was professional, always on time and a real pleasure to spend the week with. In addition, because of all his connections at all the sites we visited, he knew the best guides and would call ahead to find out what guides were working and request a specific guide that he knew would do a good job and they were all spot on. I highly recommend Blatours for your Ghana tour. Because of them, we’ll definitely recommend to all our friends who are interested in coming to Ghana.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to write us a review on your experience with Blastours. We are happy you had a good time and we are glad that you chose us. I am sure Michael was delighted to work with you too. We hope to work with you again in the future.

Discover Ghana in 8 days: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Accra.
How much does Discover Ghana in 8 days cost?
+
Prices start at $2,000 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Accra usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Discover Ghana in 8 days take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Accra is not rushed.
Is Discover Ghana in 8 days worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 55 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Accra, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Discover Ghana in 8 days?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Discover Ghana in 8 days suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Discover Ghana in 8 days?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Accra can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Accra and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Discover Ghana in 8 days start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Accra within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Accra?
+
On Outty we rank every Accra experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Experience the Beauty, History and the Culture Of Accra in a Day, Cape Coast Castle, Elmina Castle & Kakum National Park Day Tour, Accra Guided City Tour: Cultural and Historical Experience. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Accra?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Accra?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
