    About this experience

Explore the creative side of the city on our Delhi Street Art Tour and discover stories beyond the usual sights. Walk through vibrant neighbourhoods, see striking murals, and learn the meaning behind the art. Led by a responsible travel company, this tour directly supports local community initiatives. This tour will begin in Khan Market, the epitome of Delhi real estate, where contemporary Indian design meets traditional Indian aesthetics. Then we walk through the spectacular 90-acre Lodi Gardens, where we will look back at 15th-century design as we discover tombs, mosques and bridges built during the Sayyid and Lodhi periods. Finally, we will show you through the Lodhi Art District, home to Delhi’s street art. The art aims to represent a variety of social issues and gives a wonderful understanding of today’s India.

Highlight of our trip so far

This was the highlight of our trip so far! In addition to being informative and interesting, our tour guide taught us about how to navigate Delhi and a little Hindi, and introduced us to some snacks and local street food (with some tips on how to choose a safe vendor). We contacted Reality Tours to schedule another tour with him within 10 minutes of this one ending. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

    Amazing art experience!

I had an amazing time with Tarun seeing great street art! He was very happy to answer all my questions and wanted to explain things the best way possible, very thoughtful. The tour is calm, you can take you time and see art from artist from all over the world. And the Lodhi park was just beautiful. I loved it!

    Highly recommend

This is one of the best food tours we have experienced. Tarun was a fun tour guide who was very knowledgeable about the history of Delhi and food. We loved all the different modes of transportation we took including bike rickshaw, battery rickshaw and metro. We were taken to many yummy food stalls - some which had been in business for 50+ years! I would highly recommend this food tour.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled that Tarun made your food tour so fun and informative, and that you enjoyed exploring Delhi in so many different ways. It’s great to hear you loved the food stalls and the experience as a whole. We really appreciate your recommendation!

Delhi Street Art Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for New Delhi.

How much does Delhi Street Art Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $2300 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in New Delhi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Delhi Street Art Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in New Delhi is not rushed.

Is Delhi Street Art Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 57 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in New Delhi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Delhi Street Art Tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Delhi Street Art Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Delhi Street Art Tour?

    +

Around 20 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in New Delhi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in New Delhi and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Delhi Street Art Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central New Delhi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in New Delhi?

    +

On Outty we rank every New Delhi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Taj Mahal & Agra Private Tour By AC Car From Delhi with 5* Meal, Taj Mahal & Agra Fort Private Day Trip From Delhi with 5* Lunch, Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Baby Taj Day Tour from Delhi by Car. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit New Delhi?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in New Delhi?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
