    Fantastic trip

We had a fantastic time on this trip as a family of 5. It was beyond our expectations and we had a very nice time in Mostar. Carmen who was our tour guide elevated this experience to another level. So much that we booked to go to Montenegro the day after which was unplanned.

    Amazing experience!

Our city tour in Mostar was an incredibly enriching experience, largely thanks to our guide Dzenan and his vast knowledge of the region’s history. What made the tour particularly special was his strong personal connection to the place, which allowed us, even in a relatively short time, to immerse ourselves in the culture. We especially appreciated the way he approached such a complex and sensitive history. Rather than presenting events through an extreme or one-sided perspective, he focused on the people who lived through the conflicts, suffered their consequences, and continued building their lives afterward. A truly memorable and meaningful experience, and one we would highly recommend to anyone visiting Mostar.

Mostar and Kravice. An experience like no other

Great experience. Beautiful scenery. Fabulous waterfalls. Excellent swimming. Our guide, Carmen was knowledgeable, efficient, caring, reassuring all at once. Our guide in Mostar was full of good tips and experience and told us lots of the recent history. Drop off and pick ups went like clockwork. Altogether an almost indescribable beautiful experience.

Wonderful day, well crafted and executed tour with exceptional staff!

From start to finish this was an amazing day! Travelling solo can be alienating sometimes and the all the staff made me feel welcome and not a burden logistically. Shout out to Nerenka at Valamar for the stress free booking and the pick up/transfer was efficient. Anet who was our guide on the bus, was excellent, switching seamlessly between English Spanish and Croatian, giving us all time to digest and understand and was a really kind and welcoming personality. She thoughtfully switched the order of activities to accommodate a commemorative day in Mostar which made the whole experience more truthful and special. It also avoided the busier times at both locations and made the day much more peaceful. Excellent historic/geographic/social information given throughout the bus journey which utilised the time and provided a greater understanding of sights along the way. Her and the bus driver were quick with decision making and organisation at the border and I was pleasantly surprised at the quick border crossings. Massive appreciation also to Dzenan our tour guide in Mostar who was incredible. Passionate, peaceful and a wonderful advocate for Mostar, truthfully and carefully explaining a very difficult social history with humour and a positive world view. I was really moved by his stories and it gave weight and context to the city that made me feel part of it, not just a tourist, On a practical note, there was guidance about money, timings, locations, language and the schedule was perfect. Of course it is a long day but so so worth it. I would really recommend this tour and particularly this staffing team who were all amazing. Thank you!

Day Trip to Mostar and Kravice (English-Español): questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dubrovnik.

How much does Day Trip to Mostar and Kravice (English-Español) cost?

    +

Prices start at $30 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubrovnik usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Day Trip to Mostar and Kravice (English-Español) take?

    +

Plan for about 12 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubrovnik is not rushed.

Is Day Trip to Mostar and Kravice (English-Español) worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 80 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 310 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Dubrovnik, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Day Trip to Mostar and Kravice (English-Español)?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Day Trip to Mostar and Kravice (English-Español) suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 12-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Day Trip to Mostar and Kravice (English-Español)?

    +

Around 109 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubrovnik can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubrovnik and add a light layer if any part of the 12-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Day Trip to Mostar and Kravice (English-Español) start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dubrovnik within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Dubrovnik?

    +

On Outty we rank every Dubrovnik experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubrovnik: Game of Thrones Walking Tour, Panorama Zipline Experience in Dubrovnik, Dubrovnik: 7 Caves & Blue Cave Speedboat Tour (4h). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Dubrovnik?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Dubrovnik?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
