From Cusco city, departure is usually between 03:00 – 04:00, where the passenger should be at the Cusco city bus station 30 minutes before the departure time. The bus ride to Ollantaytambo train station takes 2 hours. The exciting train ride takes 1.5 hours until you reach the tourist town of Aguas Calientes.
