10. Dallas Arts District

14. Reunion Tower

    Stop for photos of Reunion Tower, located in the heart of downtown Dallas. Learn about its attraction "the Geo-Deck at Reunion Tower", which offers visitors the only indoor/outdoor observation deck in the city with unique views of Dallas from 470 feet in the air! It has been a staple of the Dallas skyline since 1978.

15. Southern Methodist University

    In addition to the Bush Library, enjoy a brief driving tour of the Southern Methodist University Campus. Founded in 1911, a nationally ranked private university, SMU is a distinguished center for teaching and research. SMU's nine libraries house the largest private collection of research materials in the Southwest. See Dallas Hall, one of ten SMU buildings listed on the National Historic Register.

16. George W. Bush Presidential Center

    Tour the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum, America’s 13th presidential library, which opened to the public on May 1, 2013 and is overseen by the National Archives and Records Administration. After your tour guide provides a brief orientation, step into Freedom Hall and stare in wonder at the one-of-a-kind 20-foot-tall, 360-degree, high definition video wall that orients visitors and depicts a montage of the 44 U.S. Presidents. With your Private Tour Guide, explore the highlights of the museum, which include some of the approximately 43,000 gifts given to the President and First Lady. Learn about the September 11 Remembrance Display - steel beams from the World Trade Center are the focal point of this poignant exhibit. The names of the approximately 3,000 people who died in the Towers, at the Pentagon, and on the hijacked planes are listed on a nearby wall. See the bullhorn the President used to address First Responders at Ground Zero.

17. George W. Bush Presidential Center

    Visit the White House Oval Office - Take a look around the full-size replica of the President's Oval Office, then sit at the Resolute Desk and enjoy the Texas Rose Garden. Have your photo taken at the Resolute Desk as a memento of your visit. Participate in the Decision Points Theater - Gain insight into the President's thought process during this and other major crises at this interactive exhibit. This time lapse scenario feeds the participant critical information so you can compare your decisions with those made by the President.

18. George W. Bush Presidential Center

    Freedom Matters Exhibit until December 2023 Explore the ongoing pursuit of liberty in a new special exhibit at the George W. Bush Presidential Center. Featuring rare artifacts and interactive activities, Freedom Matters highlights the importance of freedom in building peaceful societies, how the work of freedom advocates has changed the lives of millions, and what we all can learn from the study of history. Artifacts including a 14th-century copy of the Magna Carta and rare versions of the Declaration of Independence, Constitution of the United States, and Bill of Rights, will be on display as well as other pivotal documents and objects from world history, including the newspapers chronicling women’s suffrage, the Emancipation Proclamation and rare books by thinkers from Jean-Jacques Rousseau to Martin Luther King, Jr.

19. George W. Bush Presidential Center

    The George W. Bush Presidential Center is set within a native Texas landscape with grounds featuring Blackland Prairie grasses, seasonal wildflowers and clearings that provide native habitats for butterflies and birds. This landscaped park reflects the President and Mrs. Bush’s longstanding commitment to environmental conservation and restoration. “Many years ago this site would have been a breathtaking Texas prairie. Today the park is planted once again with native habitat for birds, butterflies and other wildlife. Visitors can experience this site’s beautiful natural environment in the center of Dallas.”
