Not good
You canceled the trip without notification. After I got down to the meeting point, I spoke to the girl and she said it was canceled because of rough seas. So I leave that place and I see three glass boats headed out from the dock. What kind of bulls$&t is that?
Response from the operator: Hello! The service provider canceled the tour 2 hours before the tour due to bad weather. You were informed via message 2 hours before the tour and we received no response from you. We do not know why the boats left after canceling the tour and we are very sorry for the bad comment you left us since despite the last minute inconveniences that were out of our hands, you were 100% refunded. We greatly appreciate your understanding and empathy in this situation.

Glass boat experience 🛥️
Lots of fun. I was worried since there were no reviews, but my party of 11 had a ball. The boat really looks like this. Please be aware you are NOT snorkeling in 3 spots, only one. All equipment is provided. More emphasis/compassion should be shown to kids who are scared. After all of us got off, the youngest had to build up his courage to get off. By the time he was ready, the captain would not let him off and he began to cry. That being the low point, I would do it again.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for choosing our tour for your group of 11! We're thrilled to hear that you all had a great time with us. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience faced by the youngest member of your group. We'll take this into consideration and work on ensuring a more compassionate approach in such situations in the future. Despite this, we're grateful for your positive review and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back on board for another adventure soon!

Is Crystal Boat Tour to San Miguel de Cozumel with Snorkeling worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 47 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cozumel, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Is Crystal Boat Tour to San Miguel de Cozumel with Snorkeling suitable for kids and families?
+

How far in advance should I book Crystal Boat Tour to San Miguel de Cozumel with Snorkeling?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cozumel can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cozumel and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Crystal Boat Tour to San Miguel de Cozumel with Snorkeling start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cozumel within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cozumel?
+
On Outty we rank every Cozumel experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Jade Caverns and Mayan Village Cozumel ATV TOUR, Buggy, Beach & Snorkel Blast, ATV 4×4+Cenote+Snorkeling+Beach Club+ Lunch+Sabores de Cozumel. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cozumel?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cozumel?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
