Rome tour
Very good tour with an extremely knowledgeable guide. However, due to the poor sound quality of the radios, the guides accent and the noise of the crowds, we unfortunately missed a large amount (50%) of her presentation. Also, we had to take a pricy taxi ride to the meeting point. Not worth the cost

According to her, the main issue with your party was the difficulty in keeping up with the group’s walking pace due to limited walking ability. Please note that the headsets have a limited coverage range and cannot reach guests who fall too far behind the group. We do not use taxis on this tour, the historic center of Rome is not accessible to tourist buses and the tour involves significant walking between the main sights. You had to use a taxi because you were unable to walk to the final stop with the group. When booking future activities through Viator, we strongly recommend basing your expectations on the published tour description, requirements, and restrictions. Safe travels!

We had a very experience with this tour. The driver picked us on time at the port in an air-conditioned van. We arrived in Rome and met up with 2 English speaking tour guide. Very efficiently took us to the majore sites. The van was always ready to pick us up and take us to the next destination without too much waiting in the hot weather. Overall. Great experience

Good tour, poor tour guide
Transportation from the cruise port was excellent. This Tour visited many known and unknown sites, unfortunately the tour guide gave a canned tour, gave too much information especially standing in hot sun. She would not take questions. An hour into tour requested a potty break, two hours later it had not happened. the tour guide was not happy to be asked again. She is unfriendly and unaccommodating.
