Probably one-time only excursion
I booked this especially for zipline and water park. The water park is just a few slides and a lazy river. Probably more enjoyable for younger kids. The lazy river was something I was looking forward to but it wasn’t very clean, had a horrible sewer smell in parts where water was standing in the middle tree area, and didn’t have a lot of tubes. We didn’t spend much time at the beach but probably should have went there. Kids only got to zip line once and my husband had to go with them. Even in the US most 15 year olds don’t have to be supervised by a parent to zipline. 🤦♀️ I was glad that the snack bar at the pool was included in the all inclusive ticket (or at least the Mexican food is). Overall, I wouldn’t choose this excursion again myself but I would go back if someone I was with wanted to try it out. Mom, dad and two 15 year old boys went on the excursion. Taxi ride cost $30 each way.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing such a detailed account of your family's experience. We're sorry the excursion didn't fully meet your expectations, especially since you booked it specifically for the zip line and water park. We're very concerned to read about the sewer-like smell in the lazy river area where water was standing, as well as the overall lack of cleanliness and the shortage of available tubes; these are points we'll review immediately with our maintenance team, as they don't reflect the standard we should be offering. We're also sorry about the limitation requiring 15-year-olds to be accompanied by an adult on the zip line; we understand your point about age policies compared to other places, and we'd like to review this policy with the relevant team to make sure it's reasonable and well communicated at the time of booking. We're glad you were able to enjoy the pool snack bar as part of the all-inclusive package, and we also appreciate the taxi cost information; that's helpful for other families planning their visit. We'd love to follow up on the maintenance and age policy points you mentioned, so please feel free to reach out to us via private message sup-calidad@kuzapark.com with more details about your visit. Thank you for your honesty; it helps us identify areas we need to correct as soon as possible.

Concern with an employee
I had a great time but for experiencing a misconduct and aggressive behavior of one Kuza employee. I am assuming he is an employee because he was wearing a green shirt with Kuza on it. His name is Francisco and he was on a bus T26 ride from Kuza park to plaza del sol at 4:30om. At my request Francisco denied to provide his last name. I asked the bus driver if I could run on the bus at 4:30 to plaza del sol or to my hotel stop in Cozumel. The driver agreed but he told me that he could not make any stop but for plaza del sol. Francisco when on the bus asked me in which hotel I was and I told that I was at the hotel Cozumel and resort. We left. The bus stopped close by my hotel and a couple went down. I asked to let me and my son out. He started yelling at me and pushed me away with an aggressive attitude. He only get out at plaza del sol. This attitude was a verbal and physical harassment and constrained my freedom of movement without a reason. If Francisco was not in agreement with the driver to allow us on the bus could have said so. The bus stopped at my hotel and he didn’t allow me to get out of the bus. This behavior is borderline criminal. Please respond to this message and take necessary action to avoid for other people to feel in danger because of one of your representative. Thanks, Lara Clemente
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share in such detail what you and your son experienced, Lara. We are deeply sorry this happened, and we're treating this situation with the full seriousness it deserves. No one should ever feel intimidated, yelled at, or physically pushed while traveling with us, let alone experience an unjustified restriction from exiting the bus at their agreed destination. What you describe about the behavior of the person identified as Francisco does not reflect in any way the values or treatment we expect from our team, and we completely understand that this experience caused fear and frustration. We are escalating your report immediately to management to investigate what happened, identify the individual involved, and take the necessary corrective action. We also want to make sure we review the communication protocol between bus staff and passengers so situations like this do not happen again. Please reach out to us via e-mail sup-calidad@kuzapark.com with additional details (exact date, unit number T26, time, and any other information you can share) so we can formally follow up on your case as soon as possible. Thank you for speaking up about this; your safety and your son's, as well as that of all our visitors, is an absolute priority for us.

Cozumel Adventure
Kuza Beach & Adventure Park was the ultimate fun day in Cozumel. It only took 20 minutes to get there from the port, and once inside, we were able to enjoy the grounds. My group purchased the Zipline & Beach package, which was great. We arrived early enough to head out with the first group to zipline. They showed us a short video, handed out and secured our equipment, and then we were off. To enjoy this experience it does require you to be somewhat fit. You must be able to climb several flights of stairs to get to the zipline platforms, so consider this when booking. Afterwards, we took a short shuttle to the beach, which was clean, relaxing, and staffed with the best servers. The workers were friendly and really took care of us. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and most of the food & drinks were complimentary, so we made sure to order a few items. The entire experience was cool. I’d love to return in the future, and will be sure to recommend this spot to others.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing such a detailed review of your day at Kuzá! 🌴 We're thrilled to hear it only took 20 minutes to get there from the port, and that the Zipline & Beach package was exactly what you were looking for to make the most of your time in Cozumel. It's great that you arrived early enough to head out with the first zip line group. We also really appreciate your note about the fitness level needed to climb the stairs to the zip line platforms; that's valuable information that will surely help other visitors prepare better before booking. We love reading that you found the beach clean, relaxing, and staffed with the best servers, who were always friendly and took great care of you, on top of enjoying the chairs, umbrellas, and most of the complimentary food and drinks. Thank you for saying you'd love to return and that you'll recommend us to others! We hope to welcome you back again soon for more great days like this one. 🏖️

Warning - beautiful beach but not so friendly business
The excursion I booked was for 5 hours. We got 3 hours. We had to rent towels for $6 each (not mentioned beforehand). The food was so so. The bus left us there. We were on time to meeting place to return to ship, but the bus left without us. Just so happen, the taxi was waiting for us.... kinda looked like a set up to me. Paid for zip lining but not enough time to do all that we paid for with only 3 hours. We did enjoy the beach, water was beautiful. Will definitely return to Cozumel but not this business.
Response from the operator: Dear Visitor Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We understand your frustration regarding the duration of the tour, the additional cost for towel rentals, and the transportation issues. We strive to provide clear information about our services and to ensure that guests have enough time to enjoy the activities included in their package. We’re sorry you felt rushed and weren’t able to fully enjoy the zip-line experience you had booked. We’d like to learn more about what happened, so please contact us at sup-calidad@calidad@kuzapark.com. We’d appreciate it if you could share the following information with us: - Date of your visit - Name of the cruise ship - and, if you remember the guide’s name, we’d appreciate it Although we’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the beach and the beauty of Cozumel, we’re disappointed that other aspects of your visit left you with a negative impression. Your feedback helps us identify areas where we can improve our communication and the guest experience. Thank you again for sharing your concerns, and we wish you a wonderful return visit to Cozumel in the future. Bets Regards

Highly recommend, clean/new
First of all shoutout to the tour guide Alberto and our driver Lupe, the very best at what they do. Very pleasant experience. Staff was knowledgeable and very informative throughout the duration of the trip. The zip line crew was amazing and you can tell they love what they do. They had a passion for safety yet making sure the guest feels comfortable and has fun. The beach was clean with plenty of seating areas(in shade and in sunshine). The buffet was good and the staff were very present. Doing the snorkel package as well was worth it if you like to view sea life. Like 20 feet from shore there is many crevices and patches of grass which are filled with all sorts of fish and other vibrant life. The waterpark was very clean and you can tell it’s new. Overall I’d recommend 11/10 based on service, experience, food and scenery.
Response from the operator: Dear Inspire30949450842 Thank you so much for this incredible review! We’re truly delighted to hear that Alberto, Lupe, and our entire team helped create such a memorable experience for you. It means a lot to know you enjoyed everything from the zipline adventure and snorkeling to the beach, buffet, and waterpark facilities. Your kind words about our staff’s passion, hospitality, and focus on safety are deeply appreciated. Thank you for your recommendation, and we hope to welcome you back soon to Kuza Beach & Adventure Park for another unforgettable experience!

Why this scores 60
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Cozumel: Zip Line Adventure, Buffet & Open Bar at KUZÁ Beach Park: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cozumel.
How much does Cozumel: Zip Line Adventure, Buffet & Open Bar at KUZÁ Beach Park cost?
+
Prices start at $126 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cozumel usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Cozumel: Zip Line Adventure, Buffet & Open Bar at KUZÁ Beach Park take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cozumel is not rushed.
Is Cozumel: Zip Line Adventure, Buffet & Open Bar at KUZÁ Beach Park worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 16 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cozumel, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Cozumel: Zip Line Adventure, Buffet & Open Bar at KUZÁ Beach Park?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Cozumel: Zip Line Adventure, Buffet & Open Bar at KUZÁ Beach Park suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Cozumel: Zip Line Adventure, Buffet & Open Bar at KUZÁ Beach Park?
+
Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cozumel can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cozumel and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Cozumel: Zip Line Adventure, Buffet & Open Bar at KUZÁ Beach Park start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cozumel within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cozumel?
+
On Outty we rank every Cozumel experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Jade Caverns and Mayan Village Cozumel ATV TOUR, Buggy, Beach & Snorkel Blast, ATV 4×4+Cenote+Snorkeling+Beach Club+ Lunch+Sabores de Cozumel. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cozumel?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cozumel?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
