Amazing - We went to 2...

Amazing - We went to 2 spots. 1st spot we saw the reefs and a sea turtle. The second spot, we could stand and enjoy the large strong rays pass in between us. The drinks were good, the music was on point, the end meal was amazing. The staff on board were just as fun and helpful as well. Totally would do this again when we come back!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your amazing review! 🌊🐢 We’re thrilled to hear that you had such a fantastic time exploring Cozumel with us! It sounds like you had the perfect day! We’re also happy you enjoyed the drinks, music, and meal—and especially that our crew helped make the experience even more fun and memorable. We truly appreciate your kind words and your recommendation. We can’t wait to welcome you back to Cozumel for another unforgettable adventure!

Great People, Good Food, & Gorgeous Views

This was a great opportunity to combine several elements into one experience; passengers get to see a unique view of this island's shoreline and shallows, spend some time lounging or snorkeling in turquoise water, all while enjoying delicious food and drinks. The crew was friendly and accommodating, making us feel relaxed and safe. They moved easily between English, French, and Spanish to communicate with a variety of guests. The boat itself was clean, including the cabin restrooms. The boat ride was roughly an hour each direction and for us was the highlight of the day - we enjoyed breathtaking scenery, well-mixed and free-flowing beverages, and popular Spanish music for jamming out. The chicken and rice meal that was served while anchored was filling and delicious after time spent in the water. For all of these reasons, we felt that the initial price was fair and the crew deserved proper gratuity. Please plan ahead to tip your hosts!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful review! We’re truly happy to hear that you enjoyed the experience—from the scenic boat ride and turquoise waters to the food, drinks, and music on board. It’s great to know that our crew made you feel relaxed, safe, and well taken care of, and that their ability to communicate in multiple languages helped enhance your experience. We’re also glad you enjoyed the meal and found the boat clean and comfortable throughout the trip. Your kind words about the value of the experience and recognition of our crew’s efforts mean a lot to us. Thank you again for choosing us—we hope to welcome you back on board for another unforgettable adventure!

Cozumel shared Luxury Catamaran to El Cielo or Passion Island: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cozumel.

How much does Cozumel shared Luxury Catamaran to El Cielo or Passion Island cost?

    +

Prices start at $155 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cozumel usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Cozumel shared Luxury Catamaran to El Cielo or Passion Island take?

    +

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cozumel is not rushed.

Is Cozumel shared Luxury Catamaran to El Cielo or Passion Island worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cozumel, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Cozumel shared Luxury Catamaran to El Cielo or Passion Island?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Cozumel shared Luxury Catamaran to El Cielo or Passion Island suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Cozumel shared Luxury Catamaran to El Cielo or Passion Island?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cozumel can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cozumel and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Cozumel shared Luxury Catamaran to El Cielo or Passion Island start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cozumel within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cozumel?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cozumel experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Jade Caverns and Mayan Village Cozumel ATV TOUR, Buggy, Beach & Snorkel Blast, ATV 4×4+Cenote+Snorkeling+Beach Club+ Lunch+Sabores de Cozumel. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cozumel?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cozumel?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
