- Buffet and bar access are limited to posted operational hours. Guests must be 18 years or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited before participating in any water activities, including snorkeling.

Loved it enough we all want to go back!
Our family of 15 had an amazing experience at Kuza. We came on the MSC Seascape and took taxis to and from the cruise port. When we arrived, half our party ziplined while the rest of the group enjoyed food and drinks delivered by a dedicated waiter at the water park. When the first group was done, a second group went ziplining. We all were having such a good time at the water park that we decided not to go to the beach this trip. That will be a good reason to come back. We didn't know that they had taken pictures during the zipline experience, so that was an added surprise. We purchased the digital photo package, and they kindly took a few extra shots of our group in front of their sign. We all agreed we would return to Kuza. Loved every minute of it!

One And Done!
We recently returned home from a cruise where we went to Kuza for the first time. I had high hopes for it being wonderful. We go to Cozumel approximately three times a year and wanted something new. I was so bummed to find out you had to pay extra for a hamburger at the water park. How is that possible when we paid $100 each to get in? I ordered a quesadilla and it was very cold and hard yet it was 9:30 in the morning. It was just sitting there stacked three rows high. My family realized we had to take a tram just to eat at the restaurant (Huge disappointment. We are used to being waited on in our beach chairs). By the time all was said and done we did not even have a chance to eat at the restaurant since our time there seemed so brief. I tried to order a bloody mary at the beach but was going to be charged. It is an all-inclusive day pass. Why charge me for the drink? I decided to do a White Russian. Our waiter said they do not have that. I settled for wine. NOPE. What a let down. Catching a tram to head back was an experience I do not want to have to go through again. I thought three fights were going to break out since there was no method to the madness of who was actually first, second, etc. in line. Cursing and yelling ensued, and we had kids with us. I reached out to Kuza, but was not responded to. Definitely will not be going back to Kuza.

This doesn't reflect the quality standard our included food offerings should have, and we'll escalate it immediately to the kitchen team. We're also sorry about the confusion around drinks; we understand the frustration of trying to order a Bloody Mary and then a White Russian without success, having to settle for wine, when this is an "all-inclusive" day pass. And especially, we're sorry you had to take the tram just to eat at the restaurant, losing valuable time during your visit and not even getting to enjoy it in the end. We're deeply concerned about the situation you describe in the tram line on the way back—yelling, cursing, and a possible fight breaking out, especially with children present. That kind of chaos and lack of organization is not acceptable, and it represents a safety issue that needs to be corrected immediately with a clear line system and support staff at that point. Finally, we're very sorry you reached out to us previously without receiving a response; that shouldn't have happened, and we want to make it right now. Not worth the money
Arranged own taxi (surprise) but really more efficient than the bus. Arrived early. Food both at water park and beach was disappointing. Not hot. Not fresh. Bathrooms at water park needed attention and floors were slick. Sergio was nice Even fresh quesadilla were bland and even though made to order were terrible nothing was fresh or tasty.

Nice facility if you are planning to be in the area more than a few hours.
The facility was great, transportation from the beach to the waterpark was slow, the food and drinks were subpar. The buffet was lacking in favorites for the younger kids to eat. The mixed drinks seemed watered down as to be expected from this type of resort. Our cruise ship left the port early that day so we didn't seem to spend enough time there. The zipline feature was included but we didn't have time to participate, maybe the costs should be broken down to not include everything available. We will probably try another place the next time we are in Cozumel.

Worthwhile stop if you have plenty of time
The visit here was very good, if you have plenty of time to experience all the park has to offer. We visited as part of a cruise stop and could not take advantage of all the activities we would have liked. If you don't have major time constraints, this is a great way to enjoy Cozumel.
