We had a 12 o clock start...

We had a 12 o clock start time and our excursion didn’t start til 1:30. The excursion and guide were great except it is extremely dusty. Bring googles. We were bummed we had to cut into our beach time because of the time change. They did give us 15 minutes of free time in the water park however the pool water was extremely dirty. Slides were fun though.

Response from the operator: Dear Paige_M Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the excursion and had a great experience with your guide. We sincerely apologize for the delay in the start time and understand how that impacted your beach time. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and we’ll be reviewing this with our team to improve our timing and coordination. We also appreciate your comments regarding the dust and pool conditions. Your feedback helps us identify areas where we can do better. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a smoother and even more enjoyable visit.

Atv ride with Rodrigo was amazing!!

Rodrigo was our atv guide. He was fantastic!!! He was very personable and explained everything well. I wasn’t expecting the stop midway through, where he explains the area, traditions, and history. It was beautiful foliage and cave with bats! He took several pics for us. My teenage son said “he’s cool! I could come back and stay with him, lol.” The beach is beautiful and plenty of loungers. Warning- the drinks have plenty of alcohol!!! We only had two, but a few from our ship had too many, lol.

Response from the operator: Dear Guide47591218146, Thank you for your 5-star review! We’re delighted to hear you had such a great experience with Rodrigo, he’ll be very happy to know he made your tour special. We’re glad you enjoyed the cultural stop, the scenery, and some relaxing time at the beach. Your son’s comment definitely made us smile! We hope to welcome you back again soon. Warm regards,

Fun Beach Day and Razor Tour.

We had a lot of fun here. The Razor Tour was very bumpy but fun and the cenote was beautiful. The beach was very nice with different sections based on your vibe. The food was basic but good. Some drinks were great some were not. I recommend the pina colada!

Response from the operator: Thank you for your review! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the adventure of the Razor tour and the beautiful cenote. It’s wonderful that you were also able to relax at the beach and explore the different areas around the park. And yes, the piña colada is always a great choice!

Be careful with Kuza and refunds!!

Be careful when you book! Our stop in cozumel was canceled by carnival and gave Kuza ample cancelation time and now they are refusing to refund my money. Should have just stayed with Paradise Beach!

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing this with us. We’re very sorry to hear about the cancellation of your cruise stop and the frustration you’ve experienced with your refund request. We understand how disappointing this situation is, especially when plans change unexpectedly. Please contact us directly with your booking details so we can review your case and do our best to assist. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Cozumel: Buggy Off-Road Tour, KUZÁ Beach Park, Buffet & Open Bar: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cozumel.

How much does Cozumel: Buggy Off-Road Tour, KUZÁ Beach Park, Buffet & Open Bar cost?

+

Prices start at $89 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cozumel usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Cozumel: Buggy Off-Road Tour, KUZÁ Beach Park, Buffet & Open Bar take?

+

Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cozumel is not rushed.

Is Cozumel: Buggy Off-Road Tour, KUZÁ Beach Park, Buffet & Open Bar worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 34 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cozumel, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Cozumel: Buggy Off-Road Tour, KUZÁ Beach Park, Buffet & Open Bar?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Cozumel: Buggy Off-Road Tour, KUZÁ Beach Park, Buffet & Open Bar suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 8. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 8-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Cozumel: Buggy Off-Road Tour, KUZÁ Beach Park, Buffet & Open Bar?

+

Around 12 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cozumel can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cozumel and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Cozumel: Buggy Off-Road Tour, KUZÁ Beach Park, Buffet & Open Bar start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cozumel within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cozumel?

+

On Outty we rank every Cozumel experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Jade Caverns and Mayan Village Cozumel ATV TOUR, Buggy, Beach & Snorkel Blast, ATV 4×4+Cenote+Snorkeling+Beach Club+ Lunch+Sabores de Cozumel. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cozumel?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cozumel?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
