Only book tours with CANCUN BAY!!!! ❤️

The ATVs, ziplines, horseback and cenote was a bad experience for me that was because of the company they rushed you on every activity, scammed you on your experience with not allowing you to take your own photos and charging you criminal prices to buy it of them also two people of the group fell of the horses and they didnt listen when I said wanted to ride with my husband as it was our honeymoon. We had like 20mins or less with each activity but longed out the meal at the end so you can spend lots of money in their restaurants and tried to charge us for the meal that was included with package this company was called extreme adventure cancun AVOID!!!!. The tulum, coba, cenote and playa del carmen tour was everything I loved this company and was the only reason way I rated 4 stars Raymond and Nathan was the best tour guides this was a whole day trip and was worth every penny and time I highly recommend just booking with CANCUN BAY!!! company as you will not feel disappointed they where funny, good listeners, very experienced and knowledgeable people who will make your tour rememberable many thanks to them it was a highlight our honeymoon hoilday.

What should I bring or wear?

How many days do you need in Playa del Carmen?

    +

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
