Good experience
Very good driver, a bit of confusion at the port, two NCL ships were there. He collected us, got us on our way. Obeyed the speed limit better but their decision not ours. Delivered intact to Waldorf, fully recommended

I called the night before to confirm pickup location. The man tried to tell me that I booked a sedan, and that it won't work with the luggage that we had (1 extra bag). When I tried explaining to him that I didn't not book a sedan, even sending him the screenshot of the booking confirmation, his response was, he was going to cancel the booking. I tried appealing to his humanity, which he had none. He then proceeded to get rude. He finally hung up and me. I called back and he told me that if I left a bad review he would make sure I would not receive my refund. I reminded him that he was refusing to come and get ne and my wife leaving us stranded with not ride, the night before. He didn't care. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Viator should cancel the contract with them. Horrible company with lack of customer service.

Fantastic transfer from Port to Rome! Driver arrived at the time we requested. He helped load our luggage and drove us straight to our door in Rome navigating the streets and pedestrians. We would definitely use this service again.
