Private Transfer from Cruise Port
Booked a private transfer for my family of 4 persons to Rome FCO airport from Civatavecchia cruise port. We had a 12:00pm flight back home and was hoping to get to Rome FCO airport in time for flight. Booked a 7:30am pickup and received a message at 7:00am the our driver Marco was outside waiting for us! Arrived to Rome airport with absolutely no delays and made our flight. ; ) I would definitely recommend !

Do not book if you need to be somewhere!!!!!
Worst experience ever. We scheduled a group transfer at 7 am to hotel in the city, when booked directly through the website it said our we would arrive to our destination in an 1 hour and 24 minutes. That was not the case. We knew it was shared but did not expect to have to wait until 7:30 to pick up other people then have to drive an hour and half to the airport to drop them off then finally drive into the city, another hour and half. In total we were in the taxi from 7am to 10 am. We missed our $400 tour of the Vatican and they offered nothing expect “thank you for your feedback”. Do not book if you are needing to be somewhere at a certain time. Worst experience ever!
Response from the operator: We only provide PRIVATE SERVICES so this review is not for our company.. please put this review to the right business!!

Great driver!
Our driver was outside waiting for us before we even got off the boat, which I very much appreciated! He helped us navigate the zoo of the port and got all 6 of us and our luggage safely to the airport in record time!

Private transfer
Great experience; timely and friendly. The cost was more expensive than a larger shared ride but worth the convenience.

Civitavecchia Private Transfer from ship to FCO airport or Rome: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lake Bracciano.
How much does Civitavecchia Private Transfer from ship to FCO airport or Rome cost?
+
Prices start at $323 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lake Bracciano usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Civitavecchia Private Transfer from ship to FCO airport or Rome take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lake Bracciano is not rushed.
Is Civitavecchia Private Transfer from ship to FCO airport or Rome worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 80 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 267 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Lake Bracciano, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Civitavecchia Private Transfer from ship to FCO airport or Rome?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Civitavecchia Private Transfer from ship to FCO airport or Rome suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Civitavecchia Private Transfer from ship to FCO airport or Rome?
+
Around 93 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lake Bracciano can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lake Bracciano and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Civitavecchia Private Transfer from ship to FCO airport or Rome start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lake Bracciano within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Lake Bracciano?
+
On Outty we rank every Lake Bracciano experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Civitavecchia Shore Excursion: Best of Rome Private Tour, Food Tasty and History Tour in Civitavecchia, VIP Tour of Rome (3/5/8hrs) Colosseum & Vatican Museums. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Lake Bracciano?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Lake Bracciano?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
