Stress free airport transfer
I used Mongolia Experience for round trip airport transfer. My driver was waiting for me at the airport, professional, Cary was pristine. Water was available on arrival. He did not speak English, but used google translator. Dispatcher communicated with me about expected hotel pick up time and was able to alleviate my anxiety about the return trip to the airport. In fact, the driver was waiting for me in the lobby. Also very courteous and professional and pristine car. Price was very reasonable transfer was stress free.

Perfect transfer & quick contact for reassurance about timing
Messaged them right away to confirm a specific time for pick up and place. They were quick to respond and confirm with me. Driver showed up early and the transfer went really smoothly. Highly recommend! Only issue is not being able to choose a specific pick up time on Viator upon booking. The chat option fixed that tho and probably made me feel more certain in all honesty.

Ulaanbaatar Highlights
We used Mongolia Explorer Tour for transfer from Chinggis Khaan Airport to hotel and return. We also booked a full day city tour, a half day tour and a visit with a Sharman. The driver and guide were always on time, the guide had a vast knowledge which she was eager to share with us on the history and background of Mongolia and no question was too insignificant to answer. We did ask some personal questions on their lives in Mongolia which they were happy to answer. They were genuine, personable caring people, we enjoyed our experience with Mongolia Explorer Tour and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Mongolia.

Easy and Comfortable
Had an amazing experience! The operator planned a pickup time to ensure we would make it to the airport on time, even considering traffic and rush hour. The driver arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time and met me in the lobby of my hotel to help with luggage. The driver was very polite and spoke very clear English. The drive was smooth and we arrived with plenty of time to spare.
