1. Tulum

   Your adventure begins bright and early as we welcome you aboard our comfortable transportation during morning check-in. As we gather and greet all travelers, the process may take a few minutes, but don’t worry, it’s all part of the experience. Once everyone is ready, we’ll set off on our journey to Chichén Itzá. Due to the distance, the ride takes approximately three hours, giving you time to relax, get comfortable, and enjoy the anticipation. Sit back, unwind, and get ready, an unforgettable journey into history awaits you.

2. Chichen Itza

   As we approach the archaeological site of Chichén Itzá, we’ll make a brief stop at nearby points of interest along the way. Also you’ll enjoy a delicious buffet lunch at a nearby restaurant. Savor a variety of authentic regional dishes and traditional Mexican flavors, with the freedom to eat as much as you like. You will have 1 full hour to consume your foods. Once we arrive, we’ll begin a short walk toward the main entrance. Our guides will accompany the group, providing directions and insights along the way. Inside Chichén Itzá, you’ll enjoy a 1-hour guided tour, where our expert guides will bring the ancient city to life-sharing fascinating stories and revealing what daily life was like during the height of the Mayan civilization. Afterward, you’ll have 1 hour of free time to explore at your own pace. Take photos, browse local souvenir shops, or grab a drink or snack. Please pay attention to guide’s instructions, as they will indicate the exact meeting time to return.

3. Cenote Saamal

   As part of this unforgettable adventure, you’ll experience a true Mayan cenote—ancient natural formations once believed to be gateways to the Mayan underworld. Surrounded by history and mystery, these sacred waters are known for being some of the most crystal-clear and refreshingly cool in the entire Yucatán Peninsula. The trip to the cenote is approximately 45 minutes. Get ready to take a swim, don’t forget your swimsuit! The cool, pristine waters offer the perfect escape and a glimpse into the refreshing lifestyle enjoyed by the ancient Maya. We will be here for approximately 1 hour. A perfect blend of culture and nature.

4. Valladolid

   To complete this historical journey, we’ll visit the charming colonial city of Valladolid, Yucatán—one of the most peaceful and culturally rich towns in Mexico. Known for its colorful streets, warm local atmosphere, and beautiful colonial architecture, Valladolid offers a true glimpse into authentic Yucatecan life. We’ll enjoy a stop of approximately 30 to 45 minutes, giving you free time to explore the surroundings at your own pace. Stroll through picturesque streets, capture stunning photos, and soak in the vibrant local culture. It’s the perfect way to end your experience—connecting history, tradition, and the everyday life of the Yucatán.

5. Cancun

   At the end of your visit to Valladolid, your guide will clearly indicate the meeting time to return to the bus. Once everyone is back on board, we’ll begin our journey back to Tulum and the Riviera Maya. The return trip takes approximately three hours, giving you the perfect opportunity to relax and reflect on an incredible day. Sit back, unwind in our comfortable vehicles, and enjoy a well-deserved rest after your adventure. You’ll return with unforgettable memories—having explored one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, swum in sacred cenote waters, and experienced the heart of Yucatán culture. We’ll notify you upon arrival at your drop-off point so you can safely disembark and conclude your journey.

• Pickup is available only from the cities and areas listed in the Transportation section of this product. Travelers cannot join the group directly at Chichen Itza, at any attraction included in the itinerary, or at any location outside the authorized pickup zones. For example, arriving at Chichen Itza in your own vehicle to meet the group is not permitted. Pickup from a hotel located within the approved service area, such as Moon Palace Resort, may be possible depending on the pickup coverage shown for this tour. For safety, communication, and proper organization, every traveler must meet our team in the morning at the assigned pickup location, board the official transportation, and complete the required check-in process before the tour begins.
• Luggage is not automatically accepted on this experience. It may only be brought when our team has reviewed the request before the tour date and confirmed that the vehicle assigned to your reservation has enough available space. If you need to travel with luggage, please contact us in advance so we can check the transportation assigned to your service. Space is limited, and approval is subject to availability. For this reason, luggage authorization should never be assumed.
• This tour includes a considerable amount of walking. Comfortable shoes and practical clothing are recommended so travelers can move around more easily during the day.
• If your reservation does not yet include a confirmed hotel or meeting point, this information must be sent to our team no later than the day before the tour. From Monday to Saturday, the deadline is 21:50 hrs, GMT-5. On Sundays, the deadline is 8:00 PM, GMT-5. You may provide the information through any available contact channel. After the cutoff time, last-minute pickup arrangements can no longer be processed. If we do not receive the required hotel or meeting point information on time, the booking will automatically be moved to the next available date. This change has no additional cost, fee, or penalty. However, once the reservation has been rescheduled for this reason, it will no longer be eligible for a refund.
• If you are traveling with friends, family, or another party under a separate reservation and would like to ride together, please let our team know before the tour date. We may try to coordinate this when all travelers depart from the same accommodation, although it cannot be guaranteed. If the pickup locations are in the same city but at different hotels, we can review the possibility, but traveling together is still not assured. If the reservations begin in different cities, this arrangement cannot be coordinated.
• The box lunch included with this experience is a fixed standard option. It cannot be changed, replaced, or adapted for special diets, food restrictions, allergies, or personal meal preferences.
• Lunch is served as a regional Mexican buffet. Guests may choose from the food available at the restaurant, including vegetarian options. At this time, the buffet cannot be customized for other specific diets, food restrictions, allergies, or special meal requirements.
• Since April 21, 2026, archaeological sites in Mexico have applied security measures that prevent visitors from entering with backpacks, luggage, or similar items. For the visit, we recommend carrying only essential belongings. Small items that fit in your pockets or in a compact personal bag are the best option. Some exceptions may be considered, such as diaper bags, but the final decision always belongs to the security personnel at the site entrance. We are not responsible for any belongings that are denied access by site security. During this tour, travelers may leave their items inside the transportation vehicle while visiting the scheduled stops.
• Transportation units and seats are assigned by the operations team according to availability, route planning, group size, and the organization required for the day. Guests cannot choose a specific bus, minibus, vehicle, row, or seat through the booking platform, during pickup, or directly with our staff. Our team will always try to keep travelers comfortable, but exact seats, spaces, or vehicles cannot be reserved, blocked, or guaranteed.
• During the tour, guests may only return to the bus or minibus when the guide or staff announces the official boarding time. Entering the vehicle before the scheduled return time, or staying inside while the rest of the group is visiting an attraction, is not allowed. Since other travelers may leave belongings inside the vehicle, this rule helps protect everyone’s personal items.
• The durations shown in the itinerary represent the total time assigned to each part of the experience. These times may include transfers between locations, time at the stop, activity time, boarding, group organization, and the time needed to continue or return along the route. They should not be understood as the exact amount of time spent only inside each attraction. Please review the itinerary details as an approximate guide to the full timing of the day.
• Our team works to operate the tour as close as possible to the planned schedule. However, timing also depends on travelers being ready at the assigned pickup time and returning punctually at each stop. Traffic, road conditions, and other route-related factors may also affect the schedule and are outside our control. Please follow the meeting times provided by the guide and respect the time allowed at each location. Even a very small delay can accumulate throughout the day and affect a significant part of the overall itinerary.
