We had a personalized tour of a crystal clear cenote.

Beautiful and fun experience!
Our Guide Mauricio was very cool and friendly. The day was cloudy and rainy so he gave us the option to go to a different cenote/Lagoon where we would enjoy more the water and also gave us the option to go eat before the tour as it was just me and my fiance. It was a very nice experience in a beautiful place.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for this great review! It was great meeting the two of you and if you ever come back to Tulum and want to do more paddle or kite or surf, we will be here. Have a great day. :-)

Wonderful experience
We went during the tail end of rainy season but it was fantastic! Mauricio was so knowledgeable and willing to answer all our questions and do what worked for us. At no point did we feel pressured to do any activity we weren’t comfortable with. The taco spot he took us too was amazing also! Highly recommend. It was both of our first times paddle boarding and we both learned a lot!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much Andwoa for this great review! It was a pleasure to meet the two of you and showing you this beautiful cenote. If you ever come back to Tulum, we will be here 😊. Have a great night.

The Best Day
We had a great day with Mauricio and even 9 months later I am still thinking about what a lovely experience we had. I came on TripAdvisor to look up the tour so I can recommend it because it was that fun. Thanks for a great experience!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for this great review! This cenote is really amazing and I am super happy to share this magical place with super nice people as yourself. Have a great day and if you ever come back to Tulum, We will be here 😊

Private tour Local guide, pics are as advertised.
This experience was unique and unlike any other. An 8 am experience seems rough but it was worth every penny. If I could take all my friends and family, I would. The guide was a professional/natural. All you'll need is a towel and water, you can bring a phone but have it in a portected water case otherwise leave it in the guides car. For my girlfriend and I it felt like a rare non commercialized experience.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much Robert for this great review!! This cenote is an amazing beautiful place and I am very lucky to show it to super nice people as yourself. Have a great day and if you ever come back to Tulum, we will be here 😊

Why this scores 73
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Cenote Paddleboarding and Snorkeling in Tulum: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tulum.
How much does Cenote Paddleboarding and Snorkeling in Tulum cost?
+
Prices start at $125 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tulum usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Cenote Paddleboarding and Snorkeling in Tulum take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tulum is not rushed.
Is Cenote Paddleboarding and Snorkeling in Tulum worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 73 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 82 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Tulum, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Cenote Paddleboarding and Snorkeling in Tulum?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Cenote Paddleboarding and Snorkeling in Tulum suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Cenote Paddleboarding and Snorkeling in Tulum?
+
Around 29 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tulum can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tulum and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Cenote Paddleboarding and Snorkeling in Tulum start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tulum within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tulum?
+
On Outty we rank every Tulum experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tulum Ruins, Turtles in Akumal and Cenote tour, Tulum Guided Tour, Magical Cenote, Lagoon Snorkeling and Beachside Lunch, Chichén Itzá, Cenote and Valladolid with Lunch and transportation. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tulum?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tulum?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
