    Amazing cathedral!

Hard to know exactly where to go as there was no ‘skip the line’ sign. I think in the end it was just skip the line to buy the tickets. Cathedral was absolutely amazing!

Response from the operator: Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you found Palma Cathedral absolutely amazing! The skip-the-line instructions and meeting details are clearly provided on the voucher, so we’re sorry they were not easy to spot at the time. We appreciate your comments and hope the visit itself made the experience worthwhile. Grazie!

Worked well, barcodes easy to scan

Just as expected. The tickets came via a PDF document with a barcode that was communicated well. The barcodes were easy to scan from my phone to enter the cathedral and get an audio guide.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your great review! We're delighted that everything went smoothly and that the tickets and barcode made your entry quick and easy. We're also glad you were able to access the audio guide without any issues. We hope you enjoyed your visit to Palma Cathedral!

    Average Skip the Line Experience

Palma Cathedral is undeniably a beautiful, spiritual, and historic building—a must-see landmark in Palma. However, the "skip the line" ticket process needs improvement. If you already have a QR code ticket, staff direct you to a completely different entrance door. Because of this separate routing, the audio sound guide system was totally out of order / out of sequence for our entrance. In summary, while the architecture and history inside are well worth experiencing, the jump-the-queue system and organization could definitely be better.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your detailed review! We're glad that you enjoyed the beauty, history, and atmosphere of Palma Cathedral. We appreciate your feedback regarding the entrance organization and audio guide experience, as it helps us identify areas where the visitor journey can be improved. We hope your overall visit remained memorable and that we can welcome you again for an even smoother experience.

It's great that you could enjoy this incredible landmark without waiting at the entrance. We hope you had a wonderful time exploring Palma and look forward to welcoming you again.

    Don’t fall for this!

We had bought into the audio tour through Viator. Just to be told when we got there that the Cathedral doesn’t accept Viator’s ticket for the audio part. To get the audio tour, you have to ask at least two of the Cathedral staff where to get it. Then have to walk all the way through the church to find out that you have to pay an additional 5 Euros per person to get the audio device! That will ruin every tour!

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that there are two different ticket options available at the time of booking: the entrance ticket only, or the entrance ticket with the audio guide included. According to the reservation received, the option selected was the entrance ticket only, which is why the audio guide was not included. We would also like to clarify that the Viator voucher is not the admission ticket itself. As indicated in our instructions, the official entry tickets are sent separately by email and WhatsApp before the visit. We are sorry for any misunderstanding and appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for future visitors. We hope you were still able to enjoy the beauty and history of Palma Cathedral.

Cathedral of Mallorca Skip-the-Line Entry Ticket: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Mallorca.

How much does Cathedral of Mallorca Skip-the-Line Entry Ticket cost?

    +

Prices start at $17 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Mallorca usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Cathedral of Mallorca Skip-the-Line Entry Ticket take?

    +

Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Mallorca is not rushed.

Is Cathedral of Mallorca Skip-the-Line Entry Ticket worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 28 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Mallorca, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Cathedral of Mallorca Skip-the-Line Entry Ticket?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Cathedral of Mallorca Skip-the-Line Entry Ticket suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Cathedral of Mallorca Skip-the-Line Entry Ticket?

    +

Around 10 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Mallorca can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Mallorca and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Cathedral of Mallorca Skip-the-Line Entry Ticket start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Mallorca within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Mallorca?

    +

On Outty we rank every Mallorca experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mallorca Full Day Tour Valldemossa Deià and Sóller Experience, Best Mallorca Coves: Paddle Surf, Snorkeling and Guide, 3 Hours E-Bike Tour in Palma. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Mallorca?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Mallorca?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
