Does not make sure to have a working vehicle.
Tour guide brought someone to translate, which is fine, but she was not a tour guide nor a translator. She was not part of the tour company. So the tour company does not vet. The vehicle had a lot of warning lights on and had electrical issues that left us stranded, just 63km from where we started, and luckily near a mechanic. A second vehicle was sent, also with multiple warning lights on and a severely damaged windshield. We still had over 280 km of travel to go. There are multiple cellular black out points along the road and we could not risk going farther, so we had no choice but to turn around. Nsroma Adventures refused to give us a full refund. Even though we did not even reach the very first tour stop. The tour company did not care enough to make sure to have a working vehicle, not even on the replacement vehicle.
Response from the operator: We sincerely apologize for your experience and this is the first time our travelers had this experience. We prioritize our travelers having a good experience with us and as soon as the car broke down due to the bad construction road, our team was quick to provide an alternative transport that still provided comfort within 30 minutes of occurrence. We were still keen on making the tour happen until we were informed you want to return back to Accra instead of continuing the tour. We still issued you a refund and made sure you were back to your apartment safely. We will work on improving logistics even though at times it’s beyond our control because the road to cape coast is currently bad and ongoing construction.

Returning Back Home is an Understatement.
Five stars do not fully capture the experience we had with Rubye, Prince, and their entire team. Rubye brought a level of warmth and care to our visit that made it deeply personal. When I became ill during our trip, Rubye showed remarkable empathy, making sure I was okay and treating my well-being as a priority. That kind of attention goes far beyond anything you can list on a tour itinerary or service menu. As an African American returning to the continent, you hope to feel a sense of connection and belonging. This team offered the familial hospitality that makes that hope real. I felt welcomed, cared for, and embraced like family. Thank you, Rubye, Prince, and your entire team, for your kindness, attentiveness, and extraordinary care. You gave us more than a memorable tour. You gave us a beautiful sense of coming home. I wholeheartedly recommend your services.

Cancelled on me at 2am
I booked and paid for my ticket days in advance just for me to receive a text at 2am canceling my trip due to “logistics.” Cancelling at 2am left me no time to find another tour company to book with. They offered to reschedule to the next day but my schedule was already booked with prepaid activities. I flew 17 hours on a plane and spent my savings on a trip I’ve been wanting to take my whole life. Visiting Assin Monso and Cape Coast Castle is the main reason for the trip. The way they cancelled left me frustrated and confused.

We had a wonderful time
What a wonderful time we had with Steven! From the very beginning, he made our experience amazing. Steven was on time and ready to go, picking us up at 4:30 a.m. Because of the heavy traffic and the three-hour drive ahead of us, leaving early was definitely the right decision—and the trip was well worth it! When we arrived in Cape Coast, the views were absolutely beautiful. We took so many wonderful pictures, and some parts of the experience were very emotional and meaningful. We also headed to the river, which was another wonderful experience. We truly enjoyed ourselves! We have a wonderful lunch. The food was great. Steven explained everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. Steven also stopped at a store so we could get some goodies. I just want to say, Steven is one of your tour guys, book with this company, u will be satisfied and your money is well worth it spending with this company. Thank you Steven.
