    Sharpening Our Craft…..

This was the second time my wife and I took this tour. It is that enjoyable! We had an amazing time sampling some of Mexico’s finest craft beers, while learning a little of the history of some of the breweries. Saui and Luis were excellent hosts, providing great stories, amazing sights, and of course, terrific craft beer. Whether you’re a craft beer veteran, or just starting out on your craft beer adventures, this IS the tour you’ve been looking for! Can’t wait for our third tour!

Response from the operator: Kevin! You’ve just made our day — again! 🍻 Knowing that you and your wife came back for a second round of our Craft Beer Tasting Tour is honestly the biggest compliment we could ask for. You’re officially part of the Tulaka beer family now — probably even honorary brewmasters at this point. We love that you dove into the flavors, the stories, and the whole experience with the same enthusiasm as the first time. Saui and Luis had a blast with you both — we’re pretty sure they’re still talking about that night (and possibly using it as a benchmark for “awesome guests”). There’s nothing better than sharing Mexico’s rich craft beer scene with curious, fun-loving people like you. And hey, round three is just a few hops away. You know where to find us when the thirst for adventure (and cold cerveza) strikes again. Until then — salud, cheers, and mucho amor from all of us at Tulaka! The Tulaka Mexico Crew

    Amazing Beer….Amazing People!

My wife and I spent the week at Planet Hollywood, and wanted to do something off site. We are both craft beer enthusiasts, so we thought the beer tour might be a great way to spend a day in and about Cancún. Boy, were we right! After booking and chatting about the event with Saul, the day finally came. Our guide Luis picked us up promptly at the arranged time and we were welcomed with a cold local lager. Nice touch! Our first stop was at a local beer boutique, where we were welcomed by Mike into his amazing venue. He shared a few delicious brews from Mexico while we chatted about beer and our preferences. At the conclusion of this stop, we of course bought a few ‘brewveniers’ to take home with us. I think my wife also wanted to take home his cat but thankfully that never transpired! Next up was a local brewery… one of Cancún’s first. Chela De Playa offered some flights of varying styles. I enjoyed their APA, my wife preferred their porter. Perhaps best of all was the fantastic guacamole and chips that were given as a snack. Soooo good. Finally, we visited Puerto Juarez Brewery. This family owned brewery had a terrific selection of styles to offer. From tasty sours to imperial stouts, this place had them all. I even bought a t-shirt to remember the brewery by. To any who enjoy craft beer and great socialization… this is the trip for you. Saul and Luis have got you covered 100%. They went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be back to Cancun and it would be a shock if we didn’t repeat this trip again! Cheers!

Response from the operator: Kevin, wow—what an incredible review! 🍻 We’re beyond happy to hear that you and your wife had such a great time exploring Cancún’s craft beer scene with us. From the first sip to the last stop, it sounds like you truly got to experience the heart of our local breweries, and we love that you took home some "brewvenirs" (and thankfully, not Mike’s cat! 😆). Luis had a fantastic time hosting you, and we’re so glad you enjoyed the beers, the people, and of course, the guacamole! It means the world to us that we could exceed your expectations. Whenever you’re back in Cancún, we’ll be more than ready to raise another glass with you! Looking forward to your next visit—cheers to more great beer and even better company! 🍺🔥 - The Tulaka México Travel Crew

Cancun Craft Beer Tour: Beer Boutique Tasting & Mexican Brews: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.

How much does Cancun Craft Beer Tour: Beer Boutique Tasting & Mexican Brews cost?

    +

Prices start at $79 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Cancun Craft Beer Tour: Beer Boutique Tasting & Mexican Brews take?

    +

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.

Is Cancun Craft Beer Tour: Beer Boutique Tasting & Mexican Brews worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 46 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Cancun Craft Beer Tour: Beer Boutique Tasting & Mexican Brews?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Cancun Craft Beer Tour: Beer Boutique Tasting & Mexican Brews suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Cancun Craft Beer Tour: Beer Boutique Tasting & Mexican Brews?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Cancun Craft Beer Tour: Beer Boutique Tasting & Mexican Brews start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cancun?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cancun?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cancun?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
