Terrible. MTS didn't pick us up at scheduled time for airport return.
MTS is unreliable and non-responsive when they fail to provide the service you bought. I purchased the Roundtrip Private SUV service for transport from airport to hotel and back. The transport from the airport to the hotel was excellent. SUV was great. Driver was great. Cold beer was great. But the airport return was a complete disaster because no one picked us up at the scheduled pickup time. I had to hire a taxi to get to the airport. At least the taxi showed up. I booked the roundtrip private SUV airport transport service on 7/3/26 over the phone directly with MTS. One of the supposed benefits of this service is that you can scheduled a specific time to be picked up at the hotel. I scheduled our pickup for 7/11 at 08:20am, so that we would get to the airport by 09:00am for our 11:00am flight. On 7/8, I confirmed with my assigned MTS virtual concierge via WhatsApp that my pickup was scheduled for 08:20am. On 7/11 at 08:20am, no one showed up. I messaged and called the virtual concierge, who never responded to the chats or answered my calls. At around 08:40am, someone from the hotel front desk came up to us and said he found a note from earlier in the morning that said we had missed a transport at 06:55am, which was 1h25m before the scheduled pickup time and 4h05m before my 11:00am flight. Fortunately, the taxi the hotel called for us did show up and got us to the airport in time for us to make our flight. Unfortunately, I've now paid twice to get to the airport once. I submitted a complaint to MTS support through the MTS app they make you download when meeting your driver at the airport. I requested a refund for the return portion of my reservation but haven't received any response.

Wonderful
We waited like 10 minutes to be picked up from airport to hotel and no wait from hotel to airport. Clean vehicles, air conditioning and really nice drivers

Mexico Travel Solutions left us stranded at Cancun Airport
Stranded at Cancun airport We arrived at Cancun airport and finding the representative was easy. The pre trip communication was excellent. We were directed to the pickup location and our information and itinerary was confirmed. The representative told us the driver for our private transfer from Cancun airport to our resort in Playa del Carmen was en route and would arrive in 5-10 min. We were waiting outside in an uncovered area at 11:00am. The representatives told us repeatedly that it would be 10min. This went on for almost an hour. Finally a supervisor came to talk to me after I told them I was very angry about our situation. He told me honestly that they were very busy and couldn’t give me a time when our driver would arrive. At least someone was being honest about the situation. Ultimately they found a contractor in an old minivan to drive us. Certainly not what was advertised or what we paid for. They could have done that much earlier and saved us the frustration of being lied to. There are few things worse than being stranded and the company you paid not doing anything to fix it. Be cautious when booking with this company. You do want to get stranded in Mexico.

One way bound
Booked round trip transportation airport to hotel. I was provided with instructions to contact them to confirm pickup from hotel- I made several attempts to reach them by email and phone, as did Orbitz as well as the hotel. No confirmation, so I booked with another company the day prior to our departure, so glad I did or we could’ve missed our flight. Despite two different people from Orbitz attempting to contact them, unsuccessfully, I could not get a one way refund. They told Orbitz they were there to pick us up. They were not. I do not recommended booking round trip with them.
