Our round-trip went without any problems. MTS help booked. Our excursions. Gave us great rates and we’d love to book again. Alexa Cruz was a great advisor. she really went above and beyond and we could not be more thankful with our experience with MTS.

Use another company
This company was 20 minutes late to pick us up on Sept 21st. I changed the time to leave to 10am sharp but asked since they were late to my pickup could I take another van earlier than my pickup at 9:30am on Sept. 26th when leaving. They said no. Definitely don't recommend this company and their pushy salespeople at the resort.

Private transportation very nice ride but still waited to get the ride
Booked all inclusive Majestic Mirage costa mujeres with flights and airport transportation, I wanted to get as fast as possible could so paid extra for private transportation from Cancun airport to the resort which included in my email Confirmation no waiting time but me and my husband were waiting 15-20 min, n addition other people arrived at same (51) MTS stop point and were taken directly to their bus- not sure if was private(it was bigger van) so we felt little left out. The Van, car was clean and nice condition, plenty room with AC very satisfactory ride just the no waiting time for private transportation that we paid was disappointing.
