Was not picked up at CUN as scheduled I don't recommend using this service. It was very hot and my wife and I are elderly.

Wait at airport was about...
Wait at airport was about 30 min for bus. It took about 1.5 hrs to get to hotel. Road construction caused delay. The driver was nice.

MTS Cancun airport shuttle.
Pickup was on time, good instructions meeting van as Cancun airport is chaotic. MTS representative onsite at Paradisus was Alex Villasenor who contacted us to schedule return trip. Service was excellent.
