1. Sharm El Sheikh

   You will be picked up from your hotel late at night, around 11:30 PM, by a comfortable air-conditioned minivan. After meeting other travelers, you’ll transfer to a large coach for the overnight journey to Cairo. The ride takes around 6–8 hours, depending on the route, traffic, and rest stops along the way. Please make sure to bring your passports with a valid Egyptian visa, as they are required at checkpoints on the way to Cairo. You can also request a free breakfast box from your hotel in advance to take with you for the journey.

2. Cairo

   Arriving in the huge historical city of Cairo, you’ll immediately feel the contrast from Sharm El Sheikh. It’s a vibrant metropolis with a high population, busy streets, and a mix of ancient and modern architecture. Walking through Cairo’s streets, you’ll discover a different side of Egyptian life — full of energy, history, and local charm.

3. The Egyptian Museum in Cairo

   The Egyptian Museum: Your tour begins with a visit to the Egyptian Museum, one of the most important museums in the world and a true treasure house of ancient Egyptian civilization. Located in Tahrir Square, the museum holds over 120,000 artifacts, showcasing more than 5,000 years of history. Inside, you’ll walk among statues, mummies, jewelry, and royal coffins that bring the stories of the Pharaohs to life. 5. Lunch: After the optional Nile boat trip, you’ll stop for a delicious lunch at a local Egyptian restaurant. Lunch is included in the tour price, however, drinks are not included and can be purchased separately at the restaurant. 6. Panoramic View of the Pyramids

   The Pyramids: Your next stop is the Giza Necropolis, home to Egypt’s most iconic monuments — the Great Pyramids of Giza and the mysterious Sphinx. Standing before these ancient wonders is an unforgettable moment, as you witness the last remaining Wonder of the Ancient World still in existence. Explore the Pyramid of Khufu (Cheops), the largest and oldest of the three, along with the Pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure, each with its own fascinating history and secrets. 8. Great Sphinx

   Sphinx: After exploring the pyramids, your tour continues to the Great Sphinx of Giza, one of the most mysterious and iconic monuments in the world. This colossal limestone statue, with the body of a lion and the face of a pharaoh, has guarded the Giza Plateau for more than 4,500 years. Believed to represent Pharaoh Khafre, the Sphinx symbolizes strength, wisdom, and protection.    Shopping: If time allows before leaving Cairo, you’ll have the opportunity to stop for shopping at one of the city’s traditional local workshops. You may visit a Papyrus Factory Museum, where you’ll see how the ancient Egyptians made the world’s first form of paper, or a Perfume Factory, where natural oils and essences are still produced using ancient methods. You can also explore local souvenir shops, offering hand-crafted items, Egyptian cotton, jewelry, and beautiful gifts to take home. These optional visits are a great way to experience Cairo’s culture up close — and your guide will be happy to help you choose trusted shops and negotiate fair prices.

10. Sharm El Sheikh

    Transfer Back: At the end of this unforgettable day, the bus will depart from Cairo heading back to Sharm El Sheikh. The return journey takes approximately 6 to 8 hours, depending on traffic and rest stops along the way. You can relax on the comfortable coach after a long and exciting day exploring Egypt’s ancient wonders. You’ll arrive back in Sharm El Sheikh around 1:00 AM, and be transferred directly to your hotel — bringing your Cairo adventure to a close with amazing memories that will last a lifetime.
