All good. The only thing is we expected a smaller group and some people slowed the group and were a bit annoying

    100% recommended!

We had such an amazing time! The snorkeling, the sightseeing, everything was amazing! The duration of the trip is what I really appreciated, not too long to get tired, not too short to skip activities. They were super accurate regarding the pick at time. Last but not least, special thanks to our guide Mekky who was the most genuinely kind and generous person we have met during our stay at Sharm! 100% recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Family Day – Absolutely Outstanding!

We booked the Ras Mohammed, Magic Lake and snorkelling excursion for our family of six, and it was honestly one of the highlights of our holiday. A special thank you has to go to Adam. He was absolutely incredible. He single-handedly helped and guided all six of us out into the sea so we could snorkel safely and confidently. His patience, kindness and encouragement made all the difference, especially for those of us who weren't experienced snorkellers. Thanks to him, we were able to see the most breathtaking coral reefs and colourful fish – the underwater views were simply spectacular. The trip itself was fantastic from start to finish. Ras Mohammed is stunning, the snorkelling was unforgettable, and Magic Lake was beautiful. Everything was well organised, relaxed and enjoyable. We also have to give a huge shout-out to Meddy, who went above and beyond what anyone could expect. Before even picking us up, he took the time to collect medication for some members of our family who had been unwell. That level of care and genuine kindness is incredibly rare and meant so much to us. He made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the day and his communication was excellent. If you're visiting Sharm El Sheikh, don't hesitate to book this excursion. The combination of amazing scenery, incredible snorkelling, and exceptional people like Adam and Meddy made this a genuine five-star experience. We can't recommend it highly enough and would book with them again in a heartbeat!

Is Sharm El Sheikh: Ras Mohammed Snorkeling, Allah Gate & Magic Lake worth it?

    +

That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 732 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most highly reviewed in Sharm el Sheikh, and how flexible the cancellation terms are. Scoring 90 or above puts it in the Outty 90+ Club, the top tier of everything we rank.

Can I cancel or reschedule Sharm El Sheikh: Ras Mohammed Snorkeling, Allah Gate & Magic Lake?

Is Sharm El Sheikh: Ras Mohammed Snorkeling, Allah Gate & Magic Lake suitable for kids and families?

    +

Around 256 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Sharm el Sheikh can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Sharm el Sheikh and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Sharm el Sheikh?

    +

On Outty we rank every Sharm el Sheikh experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include ATV Quad Bike & Camel Ride, Echo Mountain – Sharm El Sheikh, Sharm El-Sheikh: Ras Mohammed Snorkeling, Magic Lake & Allah Gate, Sharm El-Sheikh: Jeep Adventure to Blue Hole, Canyon & Dahab. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Sharm el Sheikh?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Sharm el Sheikh?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
