    Best catamaran tour in Cabo

I wanted to give my family a amazing experience. This definitely lived up to the standard and expectations. The service was amazing. It was very child friendly as well which was a must for us. The kids loved the snorkeling as well. Overall I would 100% recommend. These guys are the best in Cabo!

    BEWARE! Very Awful Company!

When I booked this activity, everything was fine. I received confirmation and was all set. The day of my activity, I left my hotel to head over to the meeting point. I received a call from a member of the company asking me where I was. I informed them we were on our way. At that very moment, they told me the boat was preparing to leave. I was very confused because we had another hour+ before departure. The caller then informed me the time had changed. I was extremely angry because they never contacted me to tell me about this change beforehand. As he continued to speak, it was evident they either cancelled the ride due to lack of bookings or overbooked. Either way, he wasn’t truthful about the time change. Then he told me we can reschedule for a sunset cruise in the evening but that was not what we wanted. We had everything for this Cabo trip planned to the T but because of this company’s unprofessionalism, they ruined this specific day for us. I later called them back to accept the sunset cruise otherwise, our day would have been ruined. There were no alternatives with any other company that day because everything was fully booked. I then asked if they could accommodate complimentary transportation since I had already spent money on my taxi heading over to the meeting point for my original booking. They agreed. Hours later, the driver arrives. He is late. As we are on our way, the driver gets lost. He calls the company to ask for directions. My sister speaks to Fernando who I believe is the same person I spoke with the first time who cancelled our original booking. Fernando started rushing us telling us to hurry up when his driver was the late one and got lost. Fernando explained he sent photos and videos to help with directions which we received but the driver was nowhere near the area where the pictures and videos were taken. Hence the reason the driver called for directions! My sister then proceeds to FaceTime Fernando. By default the camera will be aimed at her face. Fernando very rudely says “I don’t need to see you, I need to see the area”. Yea no s**t! Give her a second to adjust her camera you jerk! The whole experience was just terrible. Then we get to the dock, check in and the girl was trying to take our picture. Probably because Fernando told her to so we won’t dispute and say we never got our booking. Don’t worry, we don’t lie and make false disputes. We arrived and caught the boat before departure but I will still share my honest review. On the flip side, the team on the boat was great and the cruise was fun. Yet, I would not recommend this company at all! There are plenty of cruises with other companies. Go with someone else! I’d give 0 stars if I could. The 2 stars are only because the boat staff was great.

Response from the operator: We are very sorry to read about your experience. We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication regarding the departure time and for the inconvenience this caused to your plans. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. We are glad that you still enjoyed the cruise itself and appreciated the crew on board — they work very hard to make sure our guests have a great time. We will review this situation internally with our team to ensure clearer communication and better coordination with transportation in the future. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take it seriously and will use it to improve.

Party Boat Cruise with Live DJ

We booked this for a birthday celebration, and it was an absolute blast! The boat had a dance floor, a live DJ spinning great music, and an open bar. The energy was high, but the crew still made sure everyone was safe and having fun. We cruised past the Arch, snapped sunset pics, and danced the whole way back. It’s perfect for groups looking to party while still taking in Cabo’s natural beauty. A fun and memorable way to kick off any celebration!

Response from the operator: We’re grateful for the 5-star review. Hope to see you again!

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Los Cabos can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Los Cabos and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Los Cabos?

    +

On Outty we rank every Los Cabos experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ziplining and UTV Desert Adventure from Los Cabos, Cabo 4x4 ATV Tour with Tequila Tasting and Mexican Buffet Lunch, Cabo Beach Camel Ride, Mexican Buffet and Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Los Cabos?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Los Cabos?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
