Rui Baja Scammer named Pablo!!!!
Pablo sold my mom a sunset cruise. He promised her that they would provide transportation to and from the cruise as part of the package. The day of the cruise my 85 yoa mother located Pablo who escorted us to a driver for transportation purposes. Ater the ride was over the driver demanded payment as hevsaid he was not part of the cruise line. My mom was angry and relayed this info to staff at the marina. The apologized profusely and upgraded us to the front of the line. They took a picture of my mom and assured her that a ride home would be provided. Ater a good time on the cruise, we again attempted to gain transportation back to the hotel. Again we were greatly disappointed as we again had to pay for both rides, 20.00 each. I attempted to contact Sunset cruise line that evening and was told via message they were going home and somewould contact us. That did not happen. If you stay at the Rui Baja California, I would avoid Pablo at all cost. Just a SCAMMER to sell you a lie at all COST. I will be contacting Rui Baja and relay this terrible experience.

Incorrect meeting location - missed cruise
The supplier Gray Line provided the wrong information on where to go for the Sunset Cruise and did not answer their phone when we called even though it was during their business hours. As a result, we missed the cruise and they tried to say it was our fault.

Great time with the family!
We had a really good experience. Everything was on time, and the price was reasonable. The food quality and amount were better than expected. The staff was very attentive. The photos on the boat weren't as good as some. Most had random people with our group. It was packed, and the vibe definitely changes on the way back. We had a couple of kids, 6 and 7, and it was a little aggressive for them, but not too bad. All in all, very worth it.

Not bad not great
My booking stated in multiple places that the excursion began at 5:00 PM. Upon arrival at the port, they stated it started at 6:00 PM. Not a huge deal. Left got a drink and came back to a long line looking to board the boat. Upon getting on the boat, there was literally not one place to sit down. My entire group and I had to all stand during the entire 2.5-hour boat trip, including eating our food. It was clearly over booked which was annoying. Customer service was good but the food was not good at all. The views were amazing and the vibes were upbeat and fun.
