Don’t book through them!
I was charged 2x’s for the excursion. Once in the amount of $140 and again for $133. Tried to resolve but got the run around stating they’re not the right person I was unable to go on the ride due to ship not reaching destination to accommodate. Tried to get tender to get ashore but unable to make the assigned pickup meeting. I get since it was my error not checking when the ship would arrive but charging me twice was not warranted.
Response from the operator: We have to be honest: reading this review truly hurts our team. It feels incredibly unfair to be publicly accused of double-charging and to see you tell others not to book with us, especially since you never actually made it to the tour or met the hardworking, dedicated local staff who put so much heart into these experiences. We completely understand that cruise ship delays are stressful. On the day of your tour, our team reached out to you multiple times via phone and email to try and help you adjust, but we never received a response. Because of this, your booking was logged as a no-show. Regarding your finances, we take these accusations very seriously. We have thoroughly checked our system, and there is strictly only one reservation and one charge from us. We absolutely did not charge you a second time. It is highly likely that you accidentally booked a duplicate excursion with a completely different tour company. We are an honest, hardworking team, and we do not take advantage of our guests. We are still more than happy to help you figure this out if you contact us directly with your receipts, but we kindly ask that you reconsider attacking our business's reputation for a situation that was outside of our control.

Giddyup!
José was a great guide! He taught me about some local flora as well as the turtle nesting and protection efforts. Very interesting! However, if I could redo I would have asked for a bigger horse. Sugarface was a sweetie but I am a tall woman and I’m he was really too small for me. Plus he could use a little loving care like a mane and tail brushing. The photo is a little misleading, but we did get to gallop a little. Beautiful scenery. The tequila was excellent!

Victor was our trail...
Victor was our trail guide for this event. It’s always been a dream to ride horses on the ocean and he made this trip amazing . Victor was so good with my neice that wasn’t that experienced and she still had a wonderful time . Beautiful land , desert and ocean ride . Thank you for making our trip a fantastic one .
