Reliable and Safe
As always, Canada Transfers was on time. Vehicles are clean and drivers are safe and friendly. We ordered 2 vehicles, but there was some confusion with one of our SUV's. The preordered soft drinks and beer were not available in one of the vehicles we reserved. Obviously not a big problem, but still disappointing. We have used Canada Transfers multiple times and this is the first time this has happened. One suggestion for improvement would be to add Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos to the list of hotels on the drop down list. Only Grand Velas Los Cabos is listed and on our airport return, one of the vehicles went to the regular GV and not the Boutique. Again, not a big issue, just an area for improvement. I will continue to use Canada Transfers when we travel to Los Cabos.
