The best tour if you like adventure!!!!

We did the Razers tour with Cactus Tours and the truth was amazing. A friend recommended it and it was totally worth it. Since we arrived everything was super easy and well organized. The tour is great, fun, with very nice landscapes and that touch of adrenaline that makes it even better. Our guide, Job Duran, was the ultimate. Super friendly, patient and always attentive that we were all well and enjoying. You feel when someone really wants to work. I'd do it again without thinking. 100% recommended if you are in Cabo and want to do something different.

Great park - bad pickup location.

Worst experience trying to find the pickup location! It’s really hard, the place isn’t even signed as Caboland (it’s a convenience store type thing). Time said 2pm start but they then emailed and gave us a 1.20pm pickup so we missed that (we only docked at 1pm so was never going to make it). They gave us a 2.30pm pickup and barely had enough time to get back. It was an extremely hot day when we went and I got unwell. The bikes actually require some effort. Coming from our winter to such a hot day made me extremely unwell - but they treated me well. Another disappointment was even though we didn’t book as a group we were told we had to leave bags/phones etc in a locker and not take our own. We should have been allowed our own photos etc as we weren’t booked through the cruise or as a group (just 2 people). We ended up with no photos from the day as they wanted us to purchase the ones they took for extra money. Company was very hard and even their operators on the streets give you hard directions. Wouldn’t book this tour again unfortunately, though the park is nice and has great features they need better locations and communication.

Best xtreme activities expirience

The best experience I had before, my wife and me went today just to have an excelent experience guided by Marisol, actually one of the best tour guide we can see, was the birthday of one of my best friends and everyone are indeed with that, also we felt absolutelly safe by the Skybikes staff, we hope to back soon again, 100% RECOMENDED EXPERIENCE WITH CACTUS TOURS!

Worst excursion ever

The tour guide Andres was AMAZING but everything outside of that was not. We booked this excursion through our resort and it came highly recommended to us. We were told the company would provide transportation to and from our resort and when we arrived at the pickup location at the scheduled time, we were left behind and we had to reach out to our concierge to figure out why we were left behind when we were not late. After 25 more minutes AND several phone calls to Cactus Tours, we were able to sort it out. We looked past that and were excited to have an amazing experience. We arrived and checked in and were slapped with fees after fees AFTER paying $200 plus dollars here per person. Nobody told us prior to booking that we would have these fees and we were not prepared for them what so ever. We were forced into paying even more money outside of the 3 hidden fees nobody told us about just to be able to participate and if we weren’t able to pay more we would have not been able to ride the ATV’s and we would also not be able to get a refund resulting in us losing out on $900 bucks. We only brought the cash for the “park entrance fee” that was stated on our reservation sheet from our resort. To top it all off, the person checking us in didn’t even use the right conversion rate for USD to pesos so we were charged more than what was stated to us by the check in dude. Once we sorted all of that out we were forced to put all of our belongings including our phones in a locker so that you could not take pictures. Oh but of course for $200 MORE DOLLARS you can bring your phones to take pictures. SO FOR THE LOW PRICE OF $600 DOLLARS PER PERSON YOU CAN HAVE YOUR PHONE AND YOUR OWN PICTURES. Once we completed our ride we were sent to the computers to view the pictures their photographer took of our group that were very mid and they charged $20 per picture print out or $160 for a digital copy and usb drive. A dude stood over us the entire time while we were viewing the pictures and SCREAMED at my sister to put her phone away WHILE SHE WAS ALREADY ACTIVELY DOING SO. We did purchase one picture, regretfully, and once it was printed out, the quality was SO BAD and fuzzy that we went back in and requested a refund. Of course our request was refused and the only solution they had was to send us a digital copy, cool, great. We never received said digital copy AND they took the printed picture back! Every part of this experience felt like a money grab and they did not care whatsoever for their customers!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Do yourself a favor and skip this place and do something similar elsewhere or on a different vacation. I am giving this place a 2/10 ONYL because our tour guide was great and it was cool but I definitely would never return this place again.

Great experience

Javier was a great guide and instructor. He was very informative and relatable. The sky bike was extremely fun! The Route for the UTVs is great and beautiful. The stops for pictures are also nice! Looking forward, they should consider the additional fees being less. The additional insurance fee is unnecessary if you are signing a waiver. Tourists don’t want to be upsold.
