- Bicycles, folding bikes, scooters, roller-skates or skateboards and bags larger than 45cm x 20cm x 30cm cannot be taken into the palace, they must be stored elsewhere, such as Victoria Station.

Our tour guide Robin was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and personable. We highly enjoyed this tour and got some great walking exercise in on a gorgeous day. Highly recommend this tour!

Fine tour
Marc was our guide. Very knowledgeable and entertaining. Could benefit from some audio equipment for the benefit of the mature hearing impaired crowd. Please pay him more money. He earns it.

Nice welcome, then tour guide disappeared
Booked for 1.45pm tour 10th August. Tour guide was very friendly and welcoming. However their role was not explained. The guide directed the group to the bag search on entrance to the tour, then literally disappeared. I enquired with a member of staff onsite and they commented that this frequently happens with golden tours. They allowed me to go back to the bag search area to look for the guide, but they were nowhere to be found and the rest of the group were also just as puzzled. We continued the tour self guided. Disappointed by the abrupt end from the tour guide and lack of clarity.

great tour
I thought it had booked through the palace website, it was only when I went to have my ticket changed to an annual pass that I realised I hadn't. This resulted in me not being g able to take advantage of this offer.
