Communcation is sub-par, but we loved Melissa!
I will start by saying overall this was a great experience. We stopped at the distilleries we wanted, and it was an amazing time touring and tasting. We were picked up at the Airbnb We stayed at and Melissa was the best driver. She did an amazing job and we had a lot offun in between the stops because of her. This is not a bad tour host for the price. Why I gave it three stars? I booked the trip about two months in advance, and trying to communicate with the host was nearly impossible. They weren’t answering my questions on the website or the emails until I kept texting them to communicate with me. They would read my text messages and never respond. It was very hard to plan other things when you have no communication from them, and this was an entire day of our trip. They didn’t send out the itinerary until the day before, which also is not convenient. If you are a communicator, this can be very tedious for you.

Informative Tour
Confusing communication process with tour operator. Received no follow up after registration and payment. Had to chase tour for departure time and itinerary the day before the tour. Some of the fault was mine but in reviewing the tour communication no specific itinerary selection process was provided nor any follow up messages prior to my day before text concerns regarding lack of communication from tour operator. Tour and driver were excellent however. Sadly, I left a souvenir TShirt in van after exiting the vehicle and had no way to communicate with driver. Still would recommend tour to anyone.

Wear comfortable shoes...
Wear comfortable shoes for walking. A water bottle is also a good thing to have. The distillery tours were all great. We went to Woodford Reserve, Buffalo Trace, and Bluegrass distilleries.

Great tour Poor communication
I understand the frustration of other reviews as far as poor communication prior to the tour arrival. Once the morning of the tour arrives communication is much better. But they need to definitely improve response time amd communication prior to the day of the tour. Also, I understand the broken English tour guides and while she was great and enthusiastic and knowledgeable it was difficult to hear and understand her. She did acknowledge this right away and had a nice reordered history audio for us yo listen to on the way to the bourbon facilities. It still was a great tour and flowed nicely and she was accommodating to us wherever we went. She even offered to run and grab us lunch while we were in Buffalo Trace. The schedule was very tight and did not give any time between arrival and tour of each facility. We always felt like we were running late when we arrived at each facilty.
