Don't be fooled by social media
My experience at Event Code Hollywood was incredibly disappointing and nothing like what’s portrayed on TikTok or Instagram. The session started 35 minutes late with shifting excuses—from “wet floors” to vague scheduling confusion. Owner Vee was consistently rude and dismissive when I tried to address the delay, even doubling down that no refunds would be issued, despite the clear disruption. Every time we spoke, the story changed. Instead of taking accountability, Vee offered conch fritters as compensation—completely ignoring dietary needs and missing the point entirely. The space itself was unclean, the restroom lacked basic hygiene essentials, and the professionalism was non-existent. This was not just a bad day—it was a reflection of poor leadership and a disregard for the guest experience. I won’t be returning and strongly urge others to look beyond the curated social media content before booking.
Response from the operator: The ONLY thing that would have made this customer happy is a free lesson and free goods at the expense of our brand. We gave her free food yet that still was not enough. The story never changed she tried to twist the narrative yet we still provided an elite experience. The restroom was in-fact tidy and the Dude Wipes are for the students when hands are greasy and toxin free skin safe. It saddens us that a customer would go to such great lengths to try to damage our brand simply because they wanted money in return. We ask all guests to arrive with enough time so that each session can start promptly. This was our very first dissatisfied customer, and we truly go above and beyond to provide an elite experience — we entertain, accommodate, and educate every one of our patrons. For the 15-minute delay in this instance, we even provided the guest with a complimentary menu item from the restaurant next door. Despite this gesture, the customer still insisted on a refund. As with most businesses, all sales are final. We have staff to pay, bills to cover, and we cannot offer free services. Unfortunately, it became clear that the patrons arrived with the intent of receiving a free experience, which is unfair to us and to other paying guests. We understand that we cannot please everyone, but we wish you well on your journey. Please know that our other reviews speak for themselves — they reflect our commitment to being an elite, top-tier experience for those who want to enjoy the vibes and learn a bit of science along the way. Please note: This consumer goes around the world rating businesses poorly after not getting her way. It is disgustingly poor taste to want something for nothing so badly that you would try to defame our business. I do hope that if you read this you look past this review and come try our experience for yourself.

We went for my friend birthday. She tealkt wanted to do it. And we had a nice time. It was a whole vibe. It was a shared experience w/ others and they were all cool. Food, music, and chemistry.

Best Birthday Experience!
I celebrated my birthday here today and it was a big vibe . Ms. Bee and Tia were the best . I learned so much about skincare and my whipped soap smelled so good . She has some many different fragrances to choose from and everything is organic . Also the fishbowl was 10/10
