Montenegro wild boat
The most fantastic boat tour with Cpt Nikola. The bay is one of the most beautiful sites I have ever seen. And this is the only way to do it. Nikola was a brilliant host and guide. This has to be on everyone’s itinerary when visiting the area
Response from the operator: Thank you! The bay really is best seen from the water, and we're glad the trip lived up to it. You're welcome back on board anytime!

Unbeatable views & of experience
Awesome VIP speedboat trip with super comfy seats. 4 passengers can sit in the main boat under the canopy (and another 6 at the front in the sun). Our skipper Marcus picked us up at 9am and took us straight to the Blue Caves. We got a brief private swim before the crowds arrived, and went onto see another hidden spot with no other tourists before exploring the Cold War submarine bunker. Spectacular views, helpful guide, and a smooth ride - in part thanks to the quality of the boat. One highlight was circling the island of Our Lady of the Rocks against the laid back house playlist before ice cream on Perast.
Response from the operator: Thank you for such a detailed review! Getting to the Blue Cave before the crowds is exactly why we start early, and the hidden spots are always a nice bonus. Glad the submarine bunker, Our Lady of the Rocks and the ice cream in Perast rounded it off so well. Hope to have you back on board!

A perfect morning on the water
We loved this trip! The boat driver/guide was a very nice young man who was very capable - we saw lots in a short time. As it was a private hire we had flexibility to spend the time we wanted at each place.

A perfevt day on MWB boat!
The boat tour with MWB was just perfect for our family and friends! It was easy to book on-line and MWB team was very flexible in terms of accommodating our desires of dates and times we wanted to go. They even moved it a day for us. Our group was 7 people all adults with youth between ages of 17 and 20. We went to Blue cave, got to swim there, we also went to Mirešta, got to swim there as well 😀 and then to The Lady of the Rocks and Perast. Captain Mateja was very nice and provided information on the soruroundings and history, and patiently waited for us while we were exploring Perast. His play list was awsome too... quite fitting for our young crowd 😀 Thank you Captain Mateja! The 3 hour was perfect for the tour. I really recommend it, and we will definitely do it again !
Response from the operator: Thank you for leaving a great review, we really appreciate it. We are glad that you loved the experience. We put customer experience and satisfaction as our priority, and your review reaffirms the hard work we put in.

Blue Cave & Perast Private Boat Tour from Herceg Novi (3h 30min): questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kotor.
How much does Blue Cave & Perast Private Boat Tour from Herceg Novi (3h 30min) cost?
+
Prices start at $651 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kotor usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Blue Cave & Perast Private Boat Tour from Herceg Novi (3h 30min) take?
+
Plan for about 3.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kotor is not rushed.
Is Blue Cave & Perast Private Boat Tour from Herceg Novi (3h 30min) worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 28 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Kotor, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Blue Cave & Perast Private Boat Tour from Herceg Novi (3h 30min)?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Blue Cave & Perast Private Boat Tour from Herceg Novi (3h 30min) suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Blue Cave & Perast Private Boat Tour from Herceg Novi (3h 30min)?
+
Around 10 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kotor can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kotor and add a light layer if any part of the 3.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Blue Cave & Perast Private Boat Tour from Herceg Novi (3h 30min) start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kotor within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Kotor?
+
On Outty we rank every Kotor experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Great Montenegro Tour-Lovcen NP,Mausoleum Lovcen,River of Crnojevic,Sveti Stefan, Kotor Bay Escape: Blue Cave, Beach & Swimming Time, Exclusive Blue Cave Kotor Swim, Mamula&Lady of the Rock 3 Hour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Kotor?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Kotor?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
