OK but expectations were different
Pickup was disastrous not at the agreed place and time. Guide friendly. Boat trip partially not possible to use the sundeck. Sights totally crowded

Your hotel is outside the Hanoi Old Quarter area so we pick you up at the meeting point - the last pick up point. It's high season and weekend so it took us more time to collect all the guests. During the pick up, the operator was in touch with you. Your allergy was noted, our guide always double checked since we have a set menu lunch on boat, not on land so food was prepared in advance. Your child was provided own seat on the bus. The boat was full so each guests had some time on the sundeck. Thanks again for joining us. Have a nice time in Vietnam! Best regards, Luong
