The worst
This was the worst tour I’ve ever booked. The island is a beauty but you definitely need to bring cash or your day will be ruined. This cruise doesn’t tell you to bring money and doesn’t include drinks. Water should be included. The meal was ok. We were dying of thirst all day and our tour guide Jacky bought 3 bottles of water at 9pm for me and my friends but we literally walked up 250 steps in the cave. I book with viator every country I go to. 54 countries in counting. My recommendation is go with another tour because this one failed us big time.

Halong day cruise
Awesome experience for us on this cruise. We had plenty of adventure and sightseeing on this tour , the lunch and catering was good and all the staff were friendly and made sure everyone onboard had a fantastic time. Our guides were also excellent communicators in english. This cruise will give you all you need for a day trip, highly recommended

Halong Bay One Day Trip
Our tour guide is outgoing and friendly. The cruise and food served are nice but one of the weakness is they allow people to smoke on cruise. Even it is in open area, but still not confortable to non-smoker as the space of open area at second level is quite limited. The travel with limousine for three hours is not comfortable due to loud engine sound and huge vibration. Other than that, the overall activity is satisfied.
