After about 200 steps through the forest canopy, the entrance of the cave will appear. A paradise will unfold before you. You will explore the cave for about 45 minutes before returning to the cruise. (For tourists who cannot walk much, you can stay on the cruise and relax on the sundeck.)

Our experience was amazing, it was great value for money, the tour guide Hien (not sure if I spelt his name correctly) was exceptional. He made this tour much more memorable. It was a 1 day trip and we got to see everything. The boat also was great.

Wonderful cruise!
I just came back from an incredible trip led by Hien on 09/10. Hien and the bus driver (I forget his name) were efficient and communicative when picking us up at our accommodation. From the city centre we drove to the cruise where we were greeted by the lovely staff who offered a wonderful spread for lunch. To say simply we were wined and dined would be an understatement, I look forward to booking this tour again in future!

Ha Long Bay Day Tour
We had a wonderful 13-hour day trip to Ha Long Bay! The tour included all the tickets for the activities, including the boat cruise through the beautiful Ha Long Bay, exploring Sung Sot Cave, visiting a small island with another viewpoint and a beach where you could swim, and the option to enjoy a bamboo boat ride or kayaking. We also paid an additional 350,000 VND for the speedboat experience, which was worth considering if you want to get closer to more of the surrounding islands and see more of the bay. Our tour guide was friendly, informative, and explained everything clearly throughout the trip. It was a long day, but there was plenty to see and experience. Although the tour bus didn't pick us up directly from our hotel, the hotel manager personally arranged a taxi and accompanied us to meet our tour guide and the bus with the other passengers. We appreciated the extra effort he made to ensure we got to the right place. Overall, it was a great way to experience Ha Long Bay in one day, with beautiful scenery, fun activities, and a friendly guide. Definitely a memorable experience in Vietnam!

Missing Crucial Information On A Tour
I bought the tickets around 4am on the same day of the cruise. I am a vacationer and not familiar with the location. Halong Bay is only 35 minutes from Hanoi but the cruise start location is 2 hours away. It didn't give me a choice for a hotel pick up but I was not worried thinking the dock is only 35 minutes away because I can use Grab. If there was a NOTE stating that the dock is not near Hanoi, I would have not bought the tickets. So, I didn't get onboard and lost $78. I intend to remove the Viator App even if I had been using your platform for many years. I travel more than 5 times a year and don't intend to give my business to Viator any longer.
