Avoid using this organisation
Avoid! Did not arrive for pickup and was uncontactable. And the tour was confirmed the night before by them. As we only had limited time it was impossible to rebook at such a late stage so ended up just walking around the area. Hugely disappointing experiences!

The tour you booked was a shared group tour, and since we couldn’t reach the required number of participants, we were unable to operate it. We refunded your payment immediately. There’s no point making false accusations or trying to damage our reputation. You act as if you’re always right. The moment you get a chance, you leave a negative review and somehow convince yourself you’re doing the world a favor by trying to damage someone else’s reputation.

Feel was a great guide. Very punctual and made contact tge day before. The tour was at our pace, with options to fo or see things in different order. He knew what the traffic would be and how busy each attraction was. The skip the line tickets were easy to purchase and get right in. I definitely would recommend Feyz and his tour. He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. We had a great day in Istanbul!
