Costa and MyAthensTransfers did a great job
This is really a nice way to see Athens, especially if you have some mobility difficulty. Costa picked us up on time and we were on our way. We booked the morning time-slot. This turned out to be beneficial because we visited the Acropolis first, beating the heat of the day and the largest of crowds. The buy-ahead ticket service that MAT offers is essential; take advantage of it. You'll simply reimburse the driver. Costa made sure that we had time at the Acropolis museum. He repeatedly put us at east that this was OUR tour, that there were no time limits, and that he would adjust if there was something in particular that we wanted to see or that we did not want to see. This was great because we had already seen the changing of the guard the evening before while wandering around. Costa made sure that we used all of the time on the tour, even just doing some more driving around when we had time, so we saw some more places that were interesting. He offered restaurant recommendations which we used later in our stay. They turned out to be really nice recommendations, too. This tour allowed us to see more of Athens in a relaxed way that may have been out of reach or out of reach in terms of time that we had. It's really nice that this is done by someone local too. Costa was a fun, informative guide and made this really fun!

Well worth the cost!
Alex was a phenomenal guide. As soon as he picked us up at the cruise ship we were off. His knowledge of the sites was impressive and he made sure we got all our curiosities answered as we saw so much in the 5 hours. Seems like a long day in 95° heat but Alex made the time flyby and still made sure we saw the highlights and a few more. Given we had only a day in Athens, Alex made sure we had a great experience! It was also very helpful that he/the company was able to get tickets for us. That saved time & frustration. The company was also very responsive to inquiries.
