Outstanding. Don't hesitate to use these folks!
Outstanding experience. Booked three tours with Exclusive Inka Tours. One was last minute in Lima after arriving early AM with family and wanting to see if we were up for it. Cintya was great with bookings/communications. Our guides (Oscar/Miguel/Brenda) were all wonderful. We learned so much and are very thankful to have spent time with Exclusive Inka Tours during our family trip to Peru. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Favorite tour of our trip!
This tour was the highlight of our trip. Trying all the street food and different produce in the Urubamba market with our educated guide was awesome. We had already been to ollantaytambo, so instead he took us to a Chicheria to drink chicha and play a local drinking game. From there, we got to meet the kindest family from Patacancha who taught us weaving basics, their way of life, and cooked a traditional Pachamanka lunch for us. I would recommend this tour to anyone looking to get away from all the super tourist heavy spots, and enjoy a more local feel.

A fantastic visit to the Sacred Valley
This was an excellent day. Miguel our guide was very knowledgeable and explained the history and culture of the Inca temple and plant laboratory so well, and, mafe the salt mining so understandable. The restaurant he took us to was a delight. He was also very helpful and accommodating when one of our party was unwell. Thank you.

Peruvian Dream Come True
Our Peru trip was made perfect because of Oscar and his team! From the initial contact, refining our itinerary, to every stop of our Peru adventure, Oscar and Cintya from Exclusive Inka Tour handled every detail of our trip with top-notch professionalism, utmost care, and gracious sincerity! Our family of five (parents and two college-age plus one tween children) experienced six incredible days in Peru thanks to EIT! Our family’s only regret is that we didn’t have more days to spend with Oscar! Day 1 - From our arrival in Cusco airport, Oscar took care to remind us to take it easy with the altitude change. We enjoyed a leisurely visit to the animal sanctuary, and Pisac ruins as Oscar introduced the Sacred Valley to us: its rich history, fascinating food, and people! We stopped by the Pisac market and enjoyed a lovely lunch before he settled us in our beautiful resort in Urubamba! Day 2 -Our first full day in the Sacred Valley couldn’t be more perfect as Oscar drove and guided us in Chinchero, Mara’s Salt mines and Moray Terraces. Oscar was enthusiastic, creative, and so much fun, always actively engaging our children of various ages. We especially loved the lunch stop at a mountain lodge where the spectacular Andean peaks took our breath away and the whole family enjoyed feeding the hungry llamas! All of us enjoyed Oscar’s insights to the rich cultural heritage of the valley! Day 3 - Once we were acclimated, Oscar took care of booking us an exhilarating morning climbing 400m up the granite face via Ferrata followed by zip lining. After an incredible morning, he kept us motivated to hike to the top of the beautiful Ollantaytambo fortress to learn of its incredible Incan history! He even arranged for us to join a remote local family for a pachamanca meal where we donned ponchos, skirts, and colorful felt hats and were greeted warmly by the family that served us the meal. Day 4/5 - Oscar and Cintya kept us in great hands by arranging all of our Machu Picchu transfers and having Victor as our MP guide for two days! Van, train, bus transfers went smoothly and Victor was a wonderful guide with extraordinary photography skills! The pacing was perfect both days as he shared a great deal of background info and still gave us leisure time to soak in the surrounding and roam around! Marco was a pleasant driver for both days! Day 6 - Lima City Tour / transfers - Oscar’s team continued to deliver with seamless transfers in Lima as well as our city tour. Our guide Brenda was knowledgeable and flexible to adjust the day according to our interests. All in all, Oscar and his team made our Peruvian dream come true. We learned so much from Oscar and had such rich conversations! Each member of our family agreed that it was our best family trip thanks to Oscar and his wonderful team - what genuinely wonderful, gracious people with a passion to share Peruvian hospitality, history, and heritage! Look no further - EIT will make your Peruvian dream come true!

Why this scores 66
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Best Authentic Cultural Experience in the Sacred Valley: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cusco.
How much does Best Authentic Cultural Experience in the Sacred Valley cost?
+
Prices start at $65 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cusco usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Best Authentic Cultural Experience in the Sacred Valley take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cusco is not rushed.
Is Best Authentic Cultural Experience in the Sacred Valley worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 66 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cusco, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Best Authentic Cultural Experience in the Sacred Valley?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Best Authentic Cultural Experience in the Sacred Valley suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Best Authentic Cultural Experience in the Sacred Valley?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cusco can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cusco and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Best Authentic Cultural Experience in the Sacred Valley start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cusco within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cusco?
+
On Outty we rank every Cusco experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sacred Valley Full Day Tour, Peruvian Cooking Class Cocktails and Market Tour in Cusco, Cusco: Rainbow Mountain & Red Valley Premium Day Trip with Meals. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cusco?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cusco?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
