Unbelizable
Neil was an amazing tour guide and so knowledgeable about anything you had questions for. Very welcoming and kind. The tube tour was 100% worth it, with the jungle walk and the immersion into the cave and the exploring the cave and exiting to finish with a relaxing float. Then the lunch was a traditional Belize home cooked meal, so delicious! Thank you for making our experience here in Belize one to remember and unbelizeable hehe ☺️💕

Tubing
The tour itself was fantastic, the caves should not be missed, however, the tour group, Belize Family Adventure, not so good. They arrived two hours late without explanation or apology. We later found out that they had double booked a tour in the morning to overlap with ours. Super poor planning without notification. I hope this is a one time glitch for them, but I personally would not book with them again.

A must do adventure visiting Belize!
This tubing adventure through the cave was truly amazing. Our guide, Izzy went above and beyond! He is so very knowledgeable. We are in our 70s and he push us to the max and we LOVED IT! The hike up was pretty easy and the tubing was awesome but with Izzy guiding us and explaining and pointing out everything as we coasted through. He was very patient with me and for that I am grateful If a

A super fun day trip!
This was SO much fun. We loved swimming around in the cave and learning about its history. Our guide Angel was great! We really enjoyed him. The walk to put in was about 40 minutes, and pretty flat, we had to carry our own tubes, which wasn't hard at all, just putting it for info. Wear water shoes that are comfortable to walk in and probably ones with backstraps, there are rentals available near put in. It was nice to not have to be in a huge group. We saw some bats, toucans and other birds on the river. Lunch was delicious and we had a little time to look at the souvenir shops around. We did see a few coatimundi in the parking lot area which was fun! Bring your own towel! We had some time to dry on the sun cause other people in our group zip lined. But we would have been pretty damp still!

Our tour was absolutely...
Our tour was absolutely phenomenal! On top of being a blast, Marvin, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. I was travelling with my husband, father (70’s) and my 4 year-old and Marvin took the time to answer all of our questions and waited for our dawdling son on the walk. He let us go at our own pace, and was very informative about the area, history and wildlife. Lunch was a wonderful Belizean dish. It was excellent, and a generous portion. I would highly, highly recommend this tour. I can’t say enough good things about it.

Why this scores 79
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Belize Cave Tubing & Zip Line Adventure from San Ignacio: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for San Ignacio.
How much does Belize Cave Tubing & Zip Line Adventure from San Ignacio cost?
+
Prices start at $90 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in San Ignacio usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Belize Cave Tubing & Zip Line Adventure from San Ignacio take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in San Ignacio is not rushed.
Is Belize Cave Tubing & Zip Line Adventure from San Ignacio worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 79 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 50 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in San Ignacio, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Belize Cave Tubing & Zip Line Adventure from San Ignacio?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Belize Cave Tubing & Zip Line Adventure from San Ignacio suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Belize Cave Tubing & Zip Line Adventure from San Ignacio?
+
Around 18 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in San Ignacio can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in San Ignacio and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Belize Cave Tubing & Zip Line Adventure from San Ignacio start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central San Ignacio within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in San Ignacio?
+
On Outty we rank every San Ignacio experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Actun Tunichil Muknal Cave Tour and Picnic, Xunantunich and Cave Tubing Combo Tour from San Ignacio, Tikal SUNSET, Archeological focus and Wildlife Spotting Tour (South and East). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit San Ignacio?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in San Ignacio?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
