Spiritual healing by a water fall

I felt it was a bit touristy during the waterfall and purification . The guide was great and takes videos and photos of you . I don’t like that they try to hard sell you products while still going round . The healing part was at a diffrent area and more relaxed .

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your positive review, we’re very glad to know that you satisfied with our service, we will keep improving our staff and advise them to give the best experience for our visitor. Thank you.

    Spiritual purification bath and ritual

It is an absolutely must do for everyone and worth your while and every penny. Gusti was my super kind and informative guide for the day who also went out of his way to help me experience the coffee plantations even when he wasn't obliged to. Definitely coming back again.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your positive review, we are very glad to know that you’re satisfied with your experience. Looking foward to seeing you again next time.

I do not recommend visiting this place.

I do not recommend visiting this place. We had a horrible experience there. It's a very beautiful place, but we believe it lost its spiritual essence and has become a commercial place. We went there hoping to participate in a typical Paline spiritual ritual, but we had a terrible experience. One person guides you through everything. Unfortunately, the guide assigned to us from the beginning He wanted to do everything quickly and finish the ritual quickly in a rude and unspiritual way. It seemed like he didn't like what he was doing and didn't want to do it. We need to have a bad experience. 25 minutes after starting the ritual we decided to stop it because we felt we weren't doing it in the best way and we were feeling horribly. There were other people around us with other guides who were enjoying it and doing so in a harmonious, delicate, and beautiful way. Making us feel that it really was the right place to live this experience, our guide was constantly pressuring us. And reminding us every 5 minutes that we only had 45 minutes to finish the ritual, we asked him for a couple of photos and videos . And both times he took photos and videos of us, he told us we only had 45 minutes. It was truly an experience I wouldn't recommend anyone do there. This is one of those places that might go viral on Instagram and where many people want to go, but it has really lost the true essence of a Balinese ritual; it has become commercialized. And it seemed like the guide wanted to finish quickly to move on to the next client and have many more customers. When we decided not to continue with the ritual, we went to reception to explain our experience. They told us they didn't care, that we weren't going to get our money back, and that the place wasn't for taking photos or videos, but rather for offering a spiritual experience. We replied that tourists usually want to take photos and videos of these experiences, and that everyone there was taking photos. However, on this particular day, he was rude and lacked empathy for the situation; it really wasn't his job. If you're thinking of experiencing melukat a Balinese ritual, think twice before going to this place. Consider it your last resort; there are many better places to do it in Bali.

Response from the operator: Hello ,, i think you post your review at the wrong place, we are Bali Ritual Tours as the suppliers of the Purification, but we never accepted any booking from you, if you want to publish your review Please dont publish it on their supplier partner, please review it on their own trip advisor. We are just their supplier partner and you have never booked your experience from us, so its not wise to review it here. Please check double check where you booked the experience before you create the reviews. Thank you.

Beji Griya Waterfall Bali Spritual Holy Bath Experience: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Ubud.

How much does Beji Griya Waterfall Bali Spritual Holy Bath Experience cost?

    +

Prices start at $45 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Ubud usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Beji Griya Waterfall Bali Spritual Holy Bath Experience take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Ubud is not rushed.

Is Beji Griya Waterfall Bali Spritual Holy Bath Experience worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 19 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Ubud, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Beji Griya Waterfall Bali Spritual Holy Bath Experience?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Beji Griya Waterfall Bali Spritual Holy Bath Experience suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Beji Griya Waterfall Bali Spritual Holy Bath Experience?

    +

Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Ubud can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Ubud and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Beji Griya Waterfall Bali Spritual Holy Bath Experience start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Ubud within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Ubud?

    +

On Outty we rank every Ubud experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mount Batur Jeep Adventure, Best of Ubud Full-Day Tour with Jungle Swing, Full-Day Tour to Water Temples and UNESCO Rice Terraces in Bali. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Ubud?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Ubud?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
