Great Adventure for Couples
This was amazing from beginning to end. The folks were willing to work with us and we did the couples flight with Guido. He was amazing and hospitable. The after flight lunch was also a great add on for us. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a bid of adventure with some zen thrown in for good measure. I would do this again in a heartbeat. We booked transfer so that we would arrive on time and didn't have to worry about how we would get an hour's ride out of Lisbon. All of it was amazing.

Bucket List Experience
I was very nervous about a hot air balloon ride. But, this was lovely and very memorable. We had hoped to go on a smaller balloon, and it wasn't my preference to go with 19 people, but that is what was available. Still, we will remember it forever!

ZERO Customer Service!
A hot air balloon is a beautiful experience to have if you get the opportunity sadly that might be a bit of a challenge if you’re going with Windpassenger.pt. Clearly my €750 was not enough for Windpassenger to communicate with me when I desperately needed to talk to them to clarify important information. I had tried to call them on all numbers available to me along with numerous emails, but sadly to no avail. Without confirmation from Windpassenger it would have cost me an extra €160 in taxi fares due to to pick-up point being an hour outside of Lisbon. I guess good customer service is not so paramount for this company and this is why I award only one star.
Response from the operator: Dear Jason, The confirmation email was send: Good afternoon, Dear Sir, We hereby confirm the flight for day 03.10.2022 in Coruche, we request that you arrive at the meeting point at 07:15 so that we are able to take off before sun-rise. The total price is for the two passengers is €750,00 please find attached our bank account (IBAN). We would like to request if you could send us the proof of payment to geral@windpassenger.pt Meeting point: please use this link from goole maps https://goo.gl/maps/krmhVoEE6eWgjAC48 For support in the morning you can call your pilot Guido van der Velden dos Santos at this phone number 00351-917102250 We think this email is very clear beside that you did not call the pilot at all for any help or information. You called the office on Sunday and send an email to cancel the flight to the office that is closed in the weekend as you can check on our website the team was ready to do your flight and discovered only in the morning you where not coming. Don't doubt, just do!!
The day before we had to go there suddenly were some doubts. Both afraid of heights, should we really do this? But we totally did. Guido is a great pilot and the experience wasn't scary at all. We floated through a part of Portugal, enjoying the sunset and views not feeling anxious but instead a sense of total serenity. If you have any doubts, don't! Just go and enjoy!!!
