Good tour
We were collected from the hotel but we're told they could not drop us off where they collected us. The day itself was good. Don't bother paying to for lunch as it was very average. A very big bread roll with hardly anything in it, a small pasta salad, a warm bottle of water and as small bar of chocolate. There is a lot of walking involved so probably not good for anyone with mobility problems. Take water with you because you will need it on a hot day. Would have given this 5/5 if we had more time to stop and read all the information boards.

Super friendly and professional, just book this company!!
Second time using Damian and his fantastic services. We first had the pleasure of meeting him in 2016 and he left such a massive impression that we booked everything ( airport transfers, salt mine tour and Auschwitz- Birkenau tour ) with him. Himself and Kamil are the definition of gentlemen and super professionals. I really can’t rate these guys highly enough, just book this company if you need tours or transfers in Krakow. Very responsive on email and excellent timekeeping. Super comfortable vehicles and always willing to chat and have a laugh with. Damian is very knowledgeable about Auschwitz-Birkenau and goes the extra mile to ensure get the most out of the tour. We will be back in Krakow as I love the city and the people and I will be booking Shuttle4you krakow again. The absolute best!!
Damian is absolutely fantastic, he made our trip to Poland truly unforgettable! He took us to and from Auschwitz, and the next day he brought us to Zakopane for the mountains, lunch in the city, and a visit to the thermal spa. He helped with everything, booking the tickets and even showing us exactly where to go even when he couldn’t drive us to certain parts he came with us to make sure we knew what to do! He was always on time and ready to pick us up the moment we were finished. Damian is incredibly polite, friendly, and so knowledgeable of everything! We are all beyond thankful, you truly made our trip unforgettable!! Don’t hesitate to book with Damian! Thank you so much again. Auschwitz-Birkenau visit
Something my daughter and I wanted to do for a few years now. It was harrowing but our guide Susannah showed great reverence and dignity as she took us around both Auschwitz and Birkenau. Damian was so nice and very helpful. Communication was first class. He picked us up from our apartment on time and took us out to Auschwitz. On route he talked to us about Polish history etc. A true gentleman. He even went to a local pharmacy to purchase some paracetamol for my daughter whilst we waited to enter Auschwitz. Couldn’t ask for anything more! Would thoroughly recommend Damian if you want to visit Auschwitz. Thank you Damian!

Excellent tour with private transport
We (family of four) booked the Auschwitz-Birkenau Guided Tour by Private Transport from Krakow with Damian. From the beginning his communication was great. Prompt pick up on the day in a very comfortable spacious clean car. Damian looked after us from the beginning to the end. He was happy to answer any questions we had and gave us a lot of information. The tour was run by the museum and very good. Damian was also a very safe driver. I would highly recommend booking with Damian if you want a seamless stress free tour.
