a money grab from start to finish; misinformation, unfriendly staff
We went on an Xtreme ATV & Snorkel on Sep 30th. After having paid $250 USD for the excursion package and another $30 USD for the ATV damage insurance they say is not mandatory but fear monger you into definitely buying to avoid thousands of dollars in damages, they demand another $77 USD to access your own photos to keep as memories. The guide is not allowed nor interested to offer to take photos of you on your own phone, so the company can sell you their own photos of you. The entire thing is a money grab and sub par quality as best. staff are unfriendly and the guide was rude and dismissive. He singled me out by asking if I was an expert swimmer and proceeded to draw the cross and say he is going to sacrifice me when I said my swimming was so so. The ATV guide mislead us into believing we are going to be on our own and very likely to damage the ATV or collide into something and be on the hook for thousands of dollars in damages. Instead the ATV tour involved everyone driving in a singular line behind the guide at a medium speed where it would be impossible to crash or damage the car. I do not recommend this company and their packages; there are many others I have tried in the past with friendly guides who are polite and caring who offered to take photos to help us take nice photos away as memories.

Prepare for all day
They were late picking us up, and the description of what was going to happen was totally wrong. We did snorkeling first, then had lunch and then did zip lining and lastly ATV. This is an ALL DAY thing. Not half day like described. We were expecting to be back to the hotel after lunch and instead it was 6pm. We spent about 4 hours in a van. We had a car rented, but they would not allow us to drive on our own. Van pickup is mandatory. There were way too many people in groups and took way too long in between activities. Made for a very long drug out day. The activities themselves were fun, but everyone was in a bad mood by the time we got to do them. Also the people taking pictures made things even slower and more annoying. We also had Spanish and English speaking people in our group so they had to explain everything twice.

Great time with Isabell
Isabell was a great tour guide. She was very informative and extremely personable. The best part was the ATVs they were super fun to ride through the jungle. The snorkel experience was very cool. The underwater cave was very cold but the water was crystal clear. The zip line was a lot of fun. Overall it was a great experience I would do it again!

Isabel is the best instructor ever!
Isabel and Julio took us to this excursion!! They rocked it, we had so much fun and they were super helpful and really understanding of everything! They answered all our questions and helped us have the most fun! Ziplining was our favorite but I also loved snorkeling! It was our first time snorkeling Isabel was super helpful with how to get the best out of our experience. 10/10 would do again!

EXTREME ATV SNORKEL
My experience was nothing short of amazing! Isabel was a great tour guide, super friendly, energetic and knowledgeable. We enjoyed snorkeling, the cenote, lunch, ziplining, and the atv ride. Highly recommed and would definitely do again!
