Booked this for an airport transfer and they cancelled in the middle of the night leaving my clients stranded in Rome. Cancellation last minute, do not book.

Guillermo was wonderful and the vehicle perfect. Guillermo was helpful, kind, professional and the vehicle perfect. Would love him and the vehicle for next trip to Barcelona. Also the discount offers for additional services never works which is very frustrating. Really hop you can upgrade the on line services despite how pleasant the live agents are.
