Intentional & Personal. WORTH IT!!!
One of the best tours I’ve ever experienced. Hands down. They were super accommodating, and the whole experience felt complete and well thought out. There were plenty of snacks (pizza and chips), plus dinner and dessert (cake), which was honestly a huge plus for me. They even provided hand and toe warmers, so we stayed comfortable the whole time. Another highlight was the free professional photos and timelapse video. I absolutely loved them. I’ve joined other aurora tours before, but this one felt different in the best way. It felt more intentional and personal. You can truly feel the effort and care they put into the experience. I hope your team continues to grow and succeed. You deserve it. 🤍

Amazing!!
This tour was the best experience we had in Alaska. Elena was very caring, positive, and enthusiastic, making us feel very comfortable. She took the time to explain, the patience to look for the Aurora and take lots of beautiful pictures. During the tour we got to see amazing sites, see the Aurora, take pictures and have a delicious dinner. I definitely recommend this tour; it is a MUST if you want to see the Auroras and have a lovely time while searching for it. This was a fantastic experience; we are very grateful!!

Excellent Tour, wonderful exprience, highly recommend
I had booked this trip 2 months in advance. On the day before the tour, the tour owner Elena Gedminas from Arctic Night Tours calls to confirm the food restriction as she was offering a complimentary dinner during the trip, and informed us the driver's name. She was very friendly on the call and very considerate. Pleasant experience. On the day of the tour, the driver picked us up at the scheduled time 1:15pm and picked few other parties and we drove north towards Arctic Circle. The driver was Sultan was very friendly, very profressional. He stopped for dinner, gave us the individually packed boxes. There were special gifts for kids. That was an excellent surprice. We continued driving north. The driver was so polite, stopped at various stops, took pictures for us, explained the places, and finally at Arctic circle, gave each of us cake, a certificate, took pictures. Later, we went chasing the northern lights, where the driver stopped at various stops making sure we saw the lights. The driver took all our photos, shared it to us, he took even videos during the tour that he shared with us, and dropped us back at the hotel at 3am. Overall, the tour was really really great! Wonderful owner, driver. Highly recommend this tour company. Excellent people!

Miserable
Our guide kept the van very cold the entire 13 hour trip. We would ask for him to turn up the heat and he would for a few minutes but then cut it back down. It was so cold that the inside of the windows iced over. We had to rub the ice off in order to see out side. The van was old and drafty (had ash trays). We made one stop to see the scenery. The food he provided was cold…some type of noodles with mushy vegetables. He didn’t even eat it…he had his own sandwich. He talked the entire time to the person in the front seat so it was like everyone in the back didn’t have a clue what was going on. It was a miserable experience. The arctic circle is cool and so is the dalton hwy, but I would not go with this company. Sultan was the name of our guide.

I also mentioned that the food would get cold as it takes 4-5 hours to get to the dining area, but they have a very nice microwave there. So, You could warm it up there, no problem. Our drivers are responsible for their own lunch/dinner, therefore You saw Sultan eating his own sandwich. I also remember I asked You both to dress very warm and advised You to bring hand and feet warmers as the weather conditions were extremely cold (-25 F to -45 F). But You chose to come in with snickers and very light jackets on. That's the unfortunate reason why You were super cold for the entire trip. The driver was not able to keep the heat up because other guests were dressed properly and got very hot. It doesn't matter how warm it is inside the vehicle, with those extreme temperatures there will always be some excessive ice buildup on the windows, it's interior Alaska. That's why the driver made multiple stops, to let You all out to watch the scenery and take pictures. Every morning all our vehicles get cleaned, and all our vehicles are non-smoking, and the drivers are not smoking people as well. There might something fell down from the guests on Your tour. Don't do it.
Not sure what I expected, but it certainly wasn't driving 6 hours one way, with 2 stops for cold food or toilet in a freezing van that had ice on the insides of the windows with -25° weather. Just to take a photo infront of the sign and get back on the road for another 6hrs back. All the while each time we stopped the guide had the doors wide open freezing all of us for things he could have said INSIDE the van. Read the room man. The van was packed with guests and very uncomfortable having sat next to a larger couple for a total of 12 hours sitting with my hands across my body like a tight flight. They were miserable too and the woman didnt fit well in the seat causing backpain with each bump. Dont do it.
