An excellent & superior tour experience!
Vanna, our guide was informative; he had a good command of English and a depth of knowledge about the temples, the ruins and the meanings of the various engravings on the walls. He was full of stories, both personal and historical. Our driver was wonderful too. He kept us hydrated and cooled us down with wet cloths. He was always there to pick us up. Vanna knew all the best viewpoints and was an excellent photographer for us as well.
Response from the operator: Hi, Thank you for sharing your experience! We're delighted to hear that Vanna provided such informative and engaging guidance. His deep knowledge and storytelling truly enhance the experience at the temples. We're also glad to know that your driver contributed to your comfort and enjoyment throughout the tour. It's great to hear that Vanna helped you capture those special moments with his photography skills. We appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again for more unforgettable adventures! Best wishes Bunpheng

Amazing Angkor Wat tours
We toured the temples in Siem Reap and Kulen mountains in the first week of December 2023, and it was a marvelous experience to say the least. The guide Palchen and car driver Dina Sorn have been highly courteous and friendly and gave us an amazing time in those two days. We never felt that we were in a foreign country. Guide Palchen is highly knowledgeable and has excellent understanding of the strong historic and mythological connection between India and Cambodia. We were fortunate to have booked our tour through Angkor Doors and would always recommend them to anyone wishing to tour around Siem Reap. We wish them all the very best.
Response from the operator: Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback about your experience! It's wonderful to hear that you had an excellent time. We are thrilled to hear that Tour guide is amazing, being both friendly and knowledgeable, passion for his job and sharing information about their country and its history must have made the tour even more engaging. Your recommendation of this experience to others speaks volumes about the quality of the tour. Thank you for taking the time to share your positive review! Best regards Angkor Doors Team

The tour was brilliant but Bunpheng made it better!
Bunpheng was an amazing tour guide! His knowledge and stories really brought our tour of Angkor Wat to life! We got picked up from our hotel by Bunpheng and his tuktuk driver. They took us around the temple in a way that avoided a lot of the crowds. He was very knowledge and happy to answer any of our questions. He was more than happy to help us out with taking some lovely photos. Even when the rain came he still continued to take us around with a smile on his face. And shout out to our driver for getting us home safely and dry in the pouring rain!
Response from the operator: Hello Phil, Greeting from Angkor Doors Tours !. We are appreciated for your value time to review us . We truly appreciated your kind words about your tour. It is definitely a boost for us every time we hear positive reviews. We are thrilled to hear that you have enjoyed your tour with us. We will pass your comment to tour guide and driver. Why this scores 72
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Angkor Wat Small Circuit & Sunset Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Siem Reap.
How much does Angkor Wat Small Circuit & Sunset Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $18 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Siem Reap usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Angkor Wat Small Circuit & Sunset Tour take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Siem Reap is not rushed.
Is Angkor Wat Small Circuit & Sunset Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 72 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Siem Reap, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Angkor Wat Small Circuit & Sunset Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Angkor Wat Small Circuit & Sunset Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Angkor Wat Small Circuit & Sunset Tour?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Siem Reap can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Siem Reap and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Angkor Wat Small Circuit & Sunset Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Siem Reap within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Siem Reap?
+
On Outty we rank every Siem Reap experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Angkor Wat Sunrise or Sunset Small-Group and Guide tours, Angkor Wat full Day 'Small Group with sunset & Tour Guide, Angkor Wat Sunrise or Sunset Tour with Guide from Siem Reap. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Siem Reap?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Siem Reap?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
