Corinth is a great side trip fewer crowds

We had a nice tour, the side trip to Corinth was great, smaller crowds the cannel and old Corinth was good to see.

Response from the operator: Thank you for the lovely review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the tour, especially the side trip to Corinth, the quieter crowds at the Canal, and exploring Ancient Corinth. It was a pleasure having you with us!

A Fantastic Excursion with an Outstanding Host

Excellent excursion with Nikos at the wheel! From the moment he picked us up, Nikos was incredibly hospitable. Throughout our journey, he shared interesting insights about Athens, Greece, and the places we were visiting, adding so much to the overall experience. The vehicle was comfortable, and Nikos kept the ride enjoyable with great music, easy conversation, and plenty of laughs along the way. The Corinth Canal and Ancient Corinth absolutely did not disappoint! Being able to physically stand in these historic locations was mind-blowing. If we could change one thing, we might have allowed ourselves a little more time at Ancient Corinth—there is simply so much history and information to take in. But that is certainly not a complaint; we thoroughly enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. I already can’t wait to visit Athens again, and when we do, we would absolutely call upon Nikos and his crew. Don’t hesitate—book your transport and enjoy the journey!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your amazing and thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear that you had such a memorable experience with Nikos. His hospitality, local knowledge, and friendly personality truly make every journey special, and we're delighted that you enjoyed the comfortable ride, great conversation, and music along the way. It's wonderful to know that the Corinth Canal and Ancient Corinth left such a lasting impression. Your kind words and recommendation mean a great deal to us. We'll be sure to share your lovely comments with Nikos and the team. We can't wait to welcome you back to Athens and look forward to showing you even more of Greece on your next visit!

He was flexible and enhanced our knowledge of Corinth, Ancient Corinth and the Corinth Canal. Would definitely tour with him again in the future. Ancient Corinth and Canal Private Tour from Athens: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Rhodes.

How much does Ancient Corinth and Canal Private Tour from Athens cost?

    +

Prices start at $118 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Rhodes usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Ancient Corinth and Canal Private Tour from Athens take?

    +

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Rhodes is not rushed.

Is Ancient Corinth and Canal Private Tour from Athens worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 74 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 55 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Rhodes, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Ancient Corinth and Canal Private Tour from Athens?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Ancient Corinth and Canal Private Tour from Athens suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Ancient Corinth and Canal Private Tour from Athens?

    +

Around 19 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Rhodes can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Rhodes and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Ancient Corinth and Canal Private Tour from Athens start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Rhodes within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Rhodes?

    +

On Outty we rank every Rhodes experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Makarounas Fishing Boat Trip with swimming stop and BBQ on board, Athens cruise: Agistri, Moni/Metopi, Aegina with lunch & drinks, Rhodes Sea Kayaking Tour – The Pirates Route. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Rhodes?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Rhodes?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
