Leopards, Rhinos and Everything Else.
From the time we were picked up near the Tanzanian/Kenyan border crossing, we were treated to a fantastic Safari, showcasing all the wonderful wildlife that Kenya has to offer by the very experienced, professional and good natured guide Kelvin. He was very happy when he found out we were birders, as he said the other animals take care of themselves, but finding birds is always a bonus. So many highlights, my best photograph in 50 odd years of wildlife photography, a male Leopard drinking at a pool in Ngulia Lodge Tsavo West, our first Black Rhino sighting what a fiesty, spirited animal that was, our best interaction with Elephants, our best sighting of a Cheetah, so many different species of birds..... it was an epic Safari led by the best guide in Africa.

Epic safari.
Fantastic trip in a LandCruiser that was very comfortable over the roads. Kelvin our guide was able to accommodate our wish to see birds as well as all the other amazing wildlife. I think next time we would look at different accommodation as it was rather busy with many families and children at the lodges. PS the photos are from my phone only. The camera photos are better but I am unable to upload them.

THE MOST WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!
This is indeed a trip not to be missed! Our driver (Felix) & our Guide Kelvin were not only very knowledgeable about where to see the best animals, but also took into account our love of the birds as well. Both of them knew the names of everything we saw, We were also given the interesting facts about them too. These two kind and caring men, had one aim & that was to make sure we saw the best of their Beloved Africa & share their love for their wildlife. Its their business & their passion. Your happiness & comfort is their aim We wanted to see the Elephants crossing in front of Mount Kilimanjaro, giraffes, as well as as many colourful birds as possible. We saw hundreds of elephants, as well as the Buffalo, Lions, Leopard, Hyena, Hippo, Giraffe, Warthog, Wildebeest Rhino, Zebra, Crocodile, Baboons & Monkeys, and so many species of Deer. We saw many species of the birds too, far too many to mention, but a must to see as they are so beautiful! We were overwhelmed with the wealth of wildlife that came so close to the vehicle. We could use our phones!!! Our accommodation was always amazing, with fabulous choices of food. Nothing is too much trouble & the staff are always so welcoming. A few facts for travellers: There are plenty of comfort stops in proper flushing, clean toilets. the vehicle has charging points as well as Wifi! We were supplied with lots of fresh bottled water The safari vehicles all have elevating roofs for photos, or just watching. No real need for binoculars!!! Accommodation has a laundry service Fans are supplied if needed too, although mornings & evenings are cool Don't miss this trip! It must be one of the best on offer!

Amboseli, Tsavo West and Tsavo East 6days safari: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Nairobi.
How much does Amboseli, Tsavo West and Tsavo East 6days safari cost?
+
Prices start at $2,500 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Nairobi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Amboseli, Tsavo West and Tsavo East 6days safari take?
+
Plan for about 144 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Nairobi is not rushed.
Is Amboseli, Tsavo West and Tsavo East 6days safari worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Nairobi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Amboseli, Tsavo West and Tsavo East 6days safari?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Amboseli, Tsavo West and Tsavo East 6days safari suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 144-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Amboseli, Tsavo West and Tsavo East 6days safari?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Nairobi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Nairobi and add a light layer if any part of the 144-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Amboseli, Tsavo West and Tsavo East 6days safari start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Nairobi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Nairobi?
+
On Outty we rank every Nairobi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Wild 5-Day Safari: Magical Mara, Nakuru Wonders & Hell's Gate, 2 Days Amboseli Safari using a 4x4 Landcruiser jeep(with options), Kibera Slum Tour with Lucas. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Nairobi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Nairobi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
